Abstract

The present invention relates to the production of organic and organic-mineral fertilizers on the basis of peat and sapropel (gyttia) and is suitable for use in organic agriculture and non-organic agriculture.The method provides for mixing of the peat and sapropel, the addition of organic and/or mineral additives, the definition of the peat’s moisture and volume and the thermal processing and/or sterilization of the peat in drying apparatus and the addition of sapropel having natural moisture. The control for volume of the peat for its processing realizes under following formula:where:Vsm - the volume of supplying peat for processing at unit time (m3/min);Ps - the unit volume of enriched peat passing through drying apparatus at unit time (m3/min);Wsm - the relative humidity loss of enriched peat volume Ps into drying apparatus (m3/min);Wt - the relative humidity of input peat (%);Wud - the relative humidity of output fertilizer (%);Wsa - the relative humidity of sapropel (%);K - the ratio of volume parts of sapropel and peat in output fertilizer.Equipment for production of organic and organic-mineral fertilizers contains bunkers-feeders of peat and sapropel, dosimeters of organic and mineral additives, conveyors, a drying apparatus set at the end of a conveying belt in front of a mixing apparatus for peat and sapropel. The equipment contains also peat’s volume sensor and moisture sensor that are set in front of feeders of organic and mineral additives, and sensor for controlling volume and moisture of enriched peat that are set after drying apparatus. The equipment contains moisture sensor of sapropel and computer system for control of drying, heating and mixing-time of components and additives.Thus offered method and equipment for realization thereof allow carry out process in continuous condition and produce the fertilizers under definite receipt and define quality.
