Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania nawozu organiczno-mineralnego z substratu w postaci osadów ściekowych, dygestatu, odchodów zwierząt gospodarskich, pomiotu drobiowego albo ich dowolnej mieszaniny, polega na zagęszczeniu, wytłoczeniu, homogenizacji i skierowaniu tak ujednoliconej masy do reaktora z jednoczesnym dozowaniem wapna palonego, a następnie otrzymany materiał schładza się i poddaje granulacji. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że substrat zagęszcza się do 25 - 28% s.m., a po wytłoczeniu i przed dodaniem wapna palonego, suszy się go w temperaturze powietrza 75 - 100°C do zawartości 45 - 60% s.m., natomiast wapno palone stosuje się w mieszance z bentonitem, w stosunku masowym 8 - 10 : 1 i tę mieszaninę dozuje się w proporcji 0,5 - 1 kg na 1 kg wody pozostałej w masie substratu. Proces w reaktorze przebiega z ograniczonym dostępem tlenu, korzystnie bez dostępu tlenu. Suszenie prowadzi się korzystnie z zastosowaniem suszarki fluidyzacyjnej.The method of producing organic-mineral fertilizer from the substrate in the form of sewage sludge, fume hood, livestock manure, poultry manure or any mixture thereof, consists in thickening, extruding, homogenizing and directing such a uniform mass to the reactor with simultaneous dosing of quicklime, followed by the material obtained it is cooled and granulated. The method is characterized in that the substrate is concentrated to 25-28% dry matter, and after extrusion and before adding burnt lime, it is dried at an air temperature of 75-100 ° C to a content of 45-60% dry matter, while burnt lime is used in mixture with bentonite in a mass ratio of 8-10: 1 and this mixture is dosed in a proportion of 0.5-1 kg per 1 kg of water remaining in the mass of the substrate. The reactor process is limited with oxygen, preferably without oxygen. Drying is preferably carried out using a fluidized bed dryer.
