Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nawozu płynnego, polegający na tym, że w środowisku wodnym homogenizuje się intensywnie mieszając mączkę wapienną, substancje humusowe, pożyteczne dla układu glebowego bakterie, oraz substancję stabilizującą. Dodaje surowiec azotowy, surowce mikroelementowe oraz inhibitory nitryfikacji i ureazy. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w temperaturze otoczenia w wyskalowanym mieszalniku o określonej objętości miesza się mączkę wapniową z wodą w stosunku 0,7 - 1,4 : 1 oraz substancją stabilizującą, substancjami humusowymi w ilości do 1% mas. oraz pożytecznymi dla układu glebowego bakteriami w ilości do 1% mas. i ewentualnie uzupełnia się surowcem azotowym w ilości do 10% mas. N. Następnie ewentualnie dodaje się inhibitor nitryfikacji w ilości 2,25 - 4,5% masy całkowitego azotu obecnego jako azot w formie amoniaku i azotu mocznikowego oraz ewentualnie dodaje się inhibitor ureazy w ilości 0,09 - 0,2% masy całkowitego azotu obecnego jako azot mocznikowy. Z kolei ewentualnie dodaje się mikroelementy w ilości do 2% mas., po czym dalej prowadzi się proces homogenizacji do uzyskania jednorodnej zawiesiny. The subject of the invention is a method of producing liquid fertilizer, consisting in the fact that in an aqueous environment, lime flour, humic substances, bacteria useful for the soil system and a stabilizing substance are intensively mixed. Adds nitrogen raw material, micronutrient raw materials as well as nitrification and urease inhibitors. The method is characterized by the fact that at ambient temperature in a graduated mixer of a specified volume, calcium flour is mixed with water in a ratio of 0.7 - 1.4: 1 and a stabilizing substance, humic substances in an amount of up to 1% by weight. and bacteria useful for the soil system in an amount of up to 1% by mass. and optionally supplemented with nitrogenous material in an amount of up to 10% by weight N. Then, optionally, nitrification inhibitor is added in an amount of 2.25 - 4.5% of the total nitrogen present as nitrogen in the form of ammonia and urea nitrogen, and optionally a urease inhibitor in the amount of 0.09 - 0.2% of the total nitrogen present as urea nitrogen. In turn, optional microelements are added in an amount of up to 2% by weight, followed by the homogenization process to obtain a homogeneous suspension.
