Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nawozu płynnego, polegający na tym, że w środowisku wodnym homogenizuje się intensywnie mieszając mączkę wapienną, substancje humusowe, pożyteczne dla układu glebowego bakterie, oraz substancję stabilizującą. Dodaje surowiec azotowy, surowce mikroelementowe oraz inhibitory nitryfikacji i ureazy. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w temperaturze otoczenia w wyskalowanym mieszalniku o określonej objętości miesza się mączkę wapniową z wodą w stosunku 0,7 - 1,4 : 1 oraz substancją stabilizującą, substancjami humusowymi w ilości do 1% mas. oraz pożytecznymi dla układu glebowego bakteriami w ilości do 1% mas. i ewentualnie uzupełnia się surowcem azotowym w ilości do 10% mas. The method is characterized by the fact that at ambient temperature in a graduated mixer of a specified volume, calcium flour is mixed with water in a ratio of 0.7 - 1.4: 1 and a stabilizing substance, humic substances in an amount of up to 1% by weight. and bacteria useful for the soil system in an amount of up to 1% by mass. and optionally supplemented with nitrogenous material in an amount of up to 10% by weight N. Then, optionally, nitrification inhibitor is added in an amount of 2.25 - 4.5% of the total nitrogen present as nitrogen in the form of ammonia and urea nitrogen, and optionally a urease inhibitor in the amount of 0.09 - 0.2% of the total nitrogen present as urea nitrogen. In turn, optional microelements are added in an amount of up to 2% by weight, followed by the homogenization process to obtain a homogeneous suspension.
