Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a high early strength agent for cement exhibiting good initial strength developability, fluidity, and storage stability; a high early strength cement using the high early strength agent; and a method for producing a high early strength cement concrete. The high early strength agent comprises 30% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less of nitric acid or a salt thereof, 0.1% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less of a carboxylic acid or a salt thereof, and water, wherein a concentration of calcium element in the high early strength agent is in the range of 5 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less.
