Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nawóz wieloskładnikowy granulowany użyźniający gleby, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera dwuwodny siarczan wapnia w ilości 60 - 70% wagowych, wapno poflotacyjne w ilości 10 - 20% wagowych, kredę wapienną w ilości 10 - 20% wagowych, tlenek magnezu w ilości 10 - 20% wagowych. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania nawozu wieloskładnikowego granulowanego użyźniającego gleby, który polega na tym że wsad bazowy w postaci dwuwodnego siarczanu wapnia, poddaje się mieleniu wprowadzając dodatkowe składniki jak wapno poflotacyjne, kredę wapienną oraz tlenek magnezu, które poddaje się każdy oddzielnie zmieleniu, a następnie zmieszaniu, do uzyskania jednolitej mieszaniny, przy czym ilość wody w składzie mieszaniny nie może przekraczać 25% wagowych wody, po czym przekazuje się mieszaninę do urządzenia stanowiącego granulator dla uzyskania granulek nawozu takich, by każda granulka posiadała ustalony skład oraz równą wielkość ziaren w granulce od 50 do 90 µm.The subject of the application is a multi-component granular fertilizer fertilizing the soil, which is characterized in that it contains calcium sulfate dihydrate in an amount of 60 - 70% by weight, flotation lime in an amount of 10 - 20% by weight, chalk chalk in an amount of 10 - 20% by weight, magnesium oxide in amounts of 10-20% by weight. The application also includes a method of producing multicomponent granular fertilizing soil fertilizer, which consists in the fact that the base charge in the form of calcium sulphate dihydrate is milled by introducing additional ingredients such as flotation lime, chalk chalk and magnesium oxide, which are each separately ground and then mixed , to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the amount of water in the mixture must not exceed 25% by weight of water, after which the mixture is transferred to a granulator device to obtain fertilizer granules such that each granule has a fixed composition and an equal grain size in the granule from 50 up to 90 µm.
