Abstract

Nawóz o kontrolowanym uwalnianiu zawiera rozdrobniona, wysuszona i wysterylizowana biomase zawierajaca bialka w ilosci od 1,0 do 30% wagowych, zwiazki fosforu w ilosci 0,5 do 15% wagowych, zwiazki potasu w ilosci 2 do 25% wagowych, zwiazki siarki w ilosci 0,5 do 3,0% wagowych, reaktywne substancje alkaliczne w ilosci od 5 - do 40% wagowych, a naniesiona powloke rdzenia srodka odzywczego stanowia substancje ograniczajace czasowo zdolnosc wyplukiwania i rozkladu mikrobiologicznego rozpuszczalnych skladników w ilosci od 1 - do 10% wagowych. Wysiany nawóz przyorywuje sie na glebokosc od 20 - 30 cm.The subject of the invention is a fertilizer with a controlled release of nutrients in relation to the time of application of the fertilization and a method of producing a controlled release fertilizer. Controlled release fertilizer contains comminuted, dried and sterilized biomass containing proteins in the amount of 1.0 to 30% by weight, phosphorus compounds in the amount of 0.5 to 15% by weight, potassium compounds in the amount of 2 to 25% by weight, sulfur compounds in the amount of 0.5 to 3.0 wt.%, Reactive alkaline substances in an amount of 5 - 40 wt.%, And the applied coating of the nutrient core constitute time limiting substances for leaching and microbial decomposition of soluble ingredients in an amount from 1 - to 10 wt.%. The method of producing a controlled release fertilizer is characterized by the fact that biomass with a high protein content, preferably 10 to 25%, and / or phosphorus compounds and / or potassium compounds and / or sulfur compounds is ground and an alkaline reagent is added in an amount from 5 - 30% by weight, preferably 15 - 20%, then the incorporated components are homogenized, and the moist and homogeneous substances are subjected to the process of sterilization and drying, while the process of exothermic hydration initiates the process of alkaline hydrolysis of organic biomass components at a temperature above 60 ° C for a period of at least 20 minutes. The obtained substance is dried at a temperature of 60 ° C to 95 ° C until it reaches 15% to 20% humidity, then the obtained fertilizer is subjected to the granulation process and substances are applied to the produced fertilizer granules that limit the time-limiting ability of washing out and microbiological decomposition of fertilizer components. The seeded fertilizer plows up to a depth of 20 - 30 cm.
