Abstract
Układ do suszenia ziarna obejmuje regulator połączony elektronicznie z pracującym ze zmienną szybkością wentylatorem oraz nagrzewnicą lub pompą ciepła w celu dostarczania powietrza przez układ rozprężny i ziarno. Z regulatorem połączone są również czujniki temperatury otoczenia i wilgotności, temperatury wnętrza układu rozprężnego i czujnik wilgoci. Regulator dopasowuje prędkość pracy wentylatora do nagrzewnicy lub pompy ciepła w celu zapewniania docelowych wartości zrównoważonych temperatury wilgoci w trakcie pierwszego okresu, w którym powietrze otoczenia charakteryzuje się zawartością wilgoci różną od zrównoważonej. Regulator zapewnia pracę wentylatora z minimalną prędkością w trakcie drugiego okresu, gdy powietrze otoczenia charakteryzuje się zawartością wilgoci różną od zrównoważonej, a regulator nie jest w stanie osiągnąć docelowej wartości zrównoważonej zawartości wilgoci w układzie rozprężnym z racji ograniczeń roboczych wentylatora i nagrzewnicy lub pompy ciepła.
