Abstract
Un refrigerador comercial para ahorro de energía y un método para operar el mismo. El refrigerador comprende un gabinete, el gabinete con una primera cavidad con un interior, un acceso a dicho interior y una cámara de aire dispuesta en la parte interior, la cámara de aire comprende un ventilador que hace pasar el aire a través de un evaporador, una resistencia de deshielo que deshiela al evaporador, una cubierta con primeras rendijas que permiten un flujo de aire proveniente desde la primera cavidad hacia interior de dicha cámara de aire y segundas rendijas que permiten un flujo de aire enfriado por el evaporador proveniente desde el interior de dicha cámara de aire hacia la primera cavidad; sensores de temperatura dispuestos al interior de la cámara de aire, un primer sensor de temperatura dispuesto entre la primera rendija y el ventilador y un segundo sensor de temperatura dispuesto entre el evaporador y las segundas rendijas, dichos sensores en conexión con un control electrónico. El método recolecta datos de temperatura de un sensor y datos de temperatura de otro sensor dentro de una cámara de aire; compara los datos del sensor con los datos del otro sensor para obtener un valor de temperatura y calcula la estabilidad de los datos a partir de la comparación; promedia dichos datos de modo que la temperatura obtenida se presume muy cercana a la temperatura de los productos en un interior de una cámara; desenergizar un compresor por medio de un control electrónico.
