Abstract
Un dispositivo generador de aerosol configurado para calentar un sustrato formador de aerosol, que comprende: un suministro de energía, un calentador posicionado para calentar el sustrato formador de aerosol para formar un aerosol, un controlador configurado para controlar el suministro de energía desde el suministro de energía al calentador y un sensor de gas, en donde una respuesta del sensor de gas depende de una temperatura del sensor de gas, y en donde el controlador se conecta al sensor de gas y se configura para monitorear las señales provenientes del sensor de gas. Cuando el calentador se monta en un sustrato de soporte, el sensor de gas puede montarse ventajosamente en el sustrato de soporte, cerca del calentador.
