Samonośny, prefabrykowany element budowlany do wznoszenia ścian zewnętrznych obiektów budowlanych, składający się z płyty zewnętrznej oraz płyty wewnętrznej wypełnionej, między nimi, zintegrowanym materiałem izolacyjnym charakteryzuje się tym, że płyta zewnętrzna (1) stanowi lico z betonu szlachetnego jako warstwy elewacyjnej wykończeniowej, zaś płyta wewnętrzna (2) stanowi, korzystnie, beton strukturalny, przy czym wypełniony między nimi zintegrowany materiał izolacyjny (3) stanowi materiał piankowy o gęstości od 10 kg/m3 do 55 kg/m3 i ma co najmniej dwa wycięcia (4) w pionowych strefach bocznych.
