Abstract

Sposób budowy fundamentów pasywnych, w szczególności ich łączenia ze ścianami, polega na tym, że w celu lepszej izolacji termicznej, ograniczającej ubytki ciepła z budynku, powierzchnia kontaktu materiałów budowlanych/konstrukcyjnych fundamentów i materiałów budowlanych/konstrukcyjnych ścian (3) jest specjalnie ograniczona, np. poprzez zastąpienie jej częściowo konstrukcją słupową (np. żelbetową) (6), a częściowo izolacją termiczną poziomą (7), przy czym izolacja termiczna jest stosowana pod ścianami budynku lub pomiędzy fundamentem i ścianami, w miejscach gdzie ciągłość fundamentów (ścian) została ograniczona/przerwana (pomiędzy słupami). Izolacja pozioma jest pod znaczną częścią ścian z wyjątkiem powierzchni słupów.The method of construction of passive foundations, in particular their connection with walls, is that in order to better thermal insulation, limiting heat loss from the building, the contact surface of building / construction foundations and building / building wall materials (3) is especially limited, e.g. by partly replacing it with a pillar structure (e.g. reinforced concrete) (6), and partly with horizontal thermal insulation (7), whereby thermal insulation is applied under the building walls or between the foundation and walls, in places where the continuity of foundations (walls) is limited / interrupted (between columns). Horizontal insulation is under a significant part of the walls except for the surface of columns.
