Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wielkopłytowy prefabrykowany ustrój budowlany, charakteryzuje się tym, iż szkieletową konstrukcję obiektu tworzą elementy ram żelbetowych tj. słupy i belki, umieszczone w elementach prefabrykowanych, bądź są formowane jako monolityczne w miejscu ich łączenia. Prefabrykacją objęte są wszystkie elementy budowli takie jak: fundament, ściany, stropy, dach, schody, ścianki działowe, płyty podłogowe (jastrych), okiennice, elewacja, pokrycie dachu. Wielkowymiarowe elementy prefabrykowane posiadają przynajmniej jedną swoją płaszczyznę idealnie gładką w formie płyty z siatkobetonu.The subject of the invention is a large-panel prefabricated building structure, characterized by the fact that the skeletal structure of the object is made of reinforced concrete frame elements, i.e. columns and beams, placed in prefabricated elements, or are formed as monolithic at the point of connection. Prefabrication covers all building elements such as: foundation, walls, ceilings, roof, stairs, partitions, floor panels (screed), shutters, facade, roofing. Large-size prefabricated elements have at least one perfectly smooth surface in the form of a reinforced concrete slab.
