Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dwukomorowy reaktor do magnetycznego wspomagania procesów chemicznych, w których mogą brać udział gazy, ciecze i ciała stałe oraz reakcji chemicznych lub biochemicznych prowadzonych z zastosowaniem mikroorganizmów, wyposażony w dwie komory mieszania, generator wirującego pola magnetycznego, obudowę, pokrywę i dno z króćcami, charakteryzujący się tym, że ma centralną cylindryczna przegrodę (2), która tworzy wewnątrz reaktora (1) dwie komory: cylindryczną (3) i pierścieniową (4), przymocowaną do stożkowego dna (5). Reaktor ma zewnętrzną cylindryczną obudowę (6), w której jest generator (7) wirującego pola magnetycznego, umieszczoną pomiędzy pokrywą (8) a stożkowym dnem (5). Zewnętrzna cylindryczna obudowa (6) ma króciec wlotowy (9) i króciec wylotowy (10) czynnika termicznego. Stożkowe dno (5) ma centralny króciec wylotowy (11), pokrywa (8) ma króciec wlotowy (12), służący do doprowadzania dodatkowych substancji chemicznych do wnętrza reaktora. Reaktor (1) pod generatorem (7) ma co najmniej jeden króciec wlotowy (13) na medium reakcyjne. Układ z reaktorem opisanym powyżej charakteryzuje się tym, że centralny wylotowy króciec (11) reaktora (1) połączony jest z wlotem do zbiornika, którego wylot połączony jest z pierwszą pompą obiegową, przy czym zbiornik ma płaszcz grzejny.
