Komora robocza (10) ma strefę przepływową (11) o zwiększonej średnicy wewnętrznej cylindra (1), umieszczoną w sąsiedztwie wewnętrznej dławicy (7) oraz strefę sprężania (12) o średnicy wewnętrznej cylindra (1) spasowanej suwliwie z zewnętrzną średnicą tłoka (4).
