Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania materiału budowlanego o właściwościach termoizolacyjnych, zwłaszcza w postaci cegieł, płyt lub bloków drążonych, przeznaczonych do wykonywania ścian w budynkach mieszkalnych. Sposób polega na przygotowaniu mieszaniny surowcowej zawierającej jako wypełniacz mineralny 50 - 75% wagowych odpadowego pyłu perlitowego o uziarnieniu poniżej 200 µm i zawartości krzemionki powyżej 70% wagowych oraz jako spoiwo mineralne 4 - 9% wagowych wapna hydratyzowanego. Składniki homogenizuje się na sucho przy użyciu mieszadeł wstęgowych lub obrotowo-wibracyjnych pracujących w układzie zamkniętym lub metodą pneumatyczną przez 5 - 10 minut, po czym dodaje się wodę w ilości 20 - 45% wagowych i dalej miesza przez kolejne 5 - 10 minut, aż do uzyskania jednorodnej masy produkcyjnej o wilgotności 4 - 6% wagowych. Następnie formuje się kształtki metodą prasowania pod ciśnieniem 5 - 10 MPa, po czym poddaje je obróbce hydrotermalnej w autoklawie, w temperaturze 180 - 200°C przez 6 - 8 godzin.The invention relates to a method of producing building material with heat-insulating properties, in particular in the form of bricks, slabs or hollow blocks, intended for making walls in residential buildings. The method consists in preparing a raw material mixture containing as mineral filler 50 - 75% by weight of waste perlite dust with grain size less than 200 µm and silica content over 70% by weight, and as a mineral binder 4 - 9% by weight hydrated lime. The ingredients are homogenized dry using ribbon or rotary-vibration mixers operating in a closed system or pneumatic method for 5 - 10 minutes, after which water is added in an amount of 20 - 45% by weight and further mixed for another 5 - 10 minutes, until obtaining a homogeneous production mass with a moisture content of 4 - 6% by weight. Then the molded parts are formed by pressing at a pressure of 5 - 10 MPa, after which they are subjected to hydrothermal treatment in an autoclave, at a temperature of 180 - 200 ° C for 6 - 8 hours.
