Abstract
Aparat do przetwarzania materialów w wysokich temperaturach ma obudowe o duzej wytrzymalosci; wiele promieniowych segmentów o duzej wytrzymalosci rozmieszczonych obok siebie i promieniowo do wewnatrz wzgledem obudowy o duzej wytrzymalosci; wkladke ulozona obok i promieniowo do wewnatrz wzgledem wspomnianych segmentów; komore znajdujaca sie wewnatrz wkladki; urzadzenie ogrzewajace znajdujace sie wewnatrz komory; oraz kapsule zamontowana wewnatrz komory, przy czym kapsula (160) jest skonfigurowana tak, aby przechowywac nadkrytyczny plyn. Aparat mozna wykorzystac do wzrostu krysztalów, np. GaN w warunkach wysokiej temperatury i cisnienia.
