Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest linia technologiczna do przerobu zlomu samochodowego, szczególnie karoserii samochodowych, a zwlaszcza do ich ciecia i rozdrabniania w procesie recyklingu zlomowanych i wysluzonych lub powypadkowych zasadniczo kompletnych pojazdów. Linia technologiczna do przerobu zlomu samochodowego, zwlaszcza jego recyklingu, zawiera uklad zasilania (50), uklad sterujacy (51), separatory (48), mlyn i jednoczesnie lub zamiennie strzepiarko-kruszarke (2), które posiadaja komore strzepiaca, ruszt, uklad napedowy i sprzezony z ukladem napedowym wal, zaopatrzony w mlotki osadzone na wale i przesuniete wzgledem siebie, przy czym ruszt ma kanaly i umieszczony jest ponizej walu z mlotkami w komorze strzepiacej, a separatory (48) polaczone sa z mlynem lub strzepiarko-kruszarka (2) systemem podajników (10). Linia technologiczna wyposazona jest takze w automatyczny separator opon samochodowych (29), umieszczony w linii technologicznej przed mlynem i/lub przed strzepiarko-kruszarka (2). Separator opon samochodowych (29) jest takze polaczony poprzez systemem podajników i co najmniej jeden kontener buforowy (33) z ukladem piecowo-reakcyjnym (22), a uklad piecowo-reakcyjny wyposazony jest co najmniej w jeden obrotowy piec-reakcyjny (23), zbiorniki (24) na produkty pirolizy, system zasilania, system chlodzenia (26), system grzewczy (27) i system odprowadzenia spalin (28). Separator opon samochodowych (29) jest wyposazony w system transportu, osadzony na ramie przytwierdzonej do podloza, a system transportu sterowany jest poprzez barierowe czujniki podczerwieni silnikiem przesuwu systemu transportu. System transportu posiada zdzierak (39), przed którym umieszczona jest na wysuwnym silowniku pila sterowana elektrycznie.
