背景技术
目前，回收的废玻璃在进行二次生产的时候，需要对废玻璃进行粉碎，现有的粉碎装置是一次把废弃玻璃进行粉碎，在粉碎的过程中碎玻璃会向外溅射和产生大量的烟尘，不利于安全生产，且污染环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对目前，回收的废玻璃在进行二次生产的时候，需要对废玻璃进行粉碎，现有的粉碎装置是一次把废弃玻璃进行粉碎，在粉碎的过程中碎玻璃会向外溅射和产生大量的烟尘，不利于安全生产，且污染环境，而提供一种破碎传送装置。
本实用新型包括料斗、一级破碎机、二级破碎机、螺旋输送机和储料仓，料斗内设有一对上下相向呈倾斜状的挡板，一级破碎机内的破碎元件由一对A齿式破碎辊组成，二级破碎机内的破碎元件由一对B齿式破碎辊组成，一级破碎机的进料口与料斗的出料口相通，二级破碎机的进料口与一级破碎机的出料口相通，螺旋输送机的进料口与二级破碎机的出料口相通，储料仓的进料口与螺旋输送机的出料口相通。
它还有振动电机，振动电机安装在位于下方一个挡板的底部。
它还有一对压簧，所述位于下方的一个挡板一端活动安装在料斗内，一对压簧两端分别与料斗和位于下方的一个挡板连接。
本实用新型优点是：通过二次破碎，使破碎效果好，全程没有粉尘泄漏，破碎过程安全环保。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括料斗1、一级破碎机、二级破碎机、螺旋输送机4和储料仓5，料斗1内设有一对上下相向呈倾斜状的挡板7，一级破碎机内的破碎元件由一对A齿式破碎辊2组成，二级破碎机内的破碎元件由一对B齿式破碎辊3组成，一级破碎机的进料口与料斗1的出料口相通，二级破碎机的进料口与一级破碎机的出料口相通，螺旋输送机4的进料口与二级破碎机的出料口相通，储料仓5的进料口与螺旋输送机4的出料口相通。
它还有振动电机8，振动电机8安装在位于下方一个挡板7的底部。
它还有一对压簧，所述位于下方的一个挡板7一端活动安装在料斗1内，一对压簧两端分别与料斗1和位于下方的一个挡板7连接。
工作方式：一级破碎机在对碎玻璃进行初级粉碎时，一对A齿式破碎辊2会把部分碎玻璃从一级破碎机的进料口弹射出去，同时会把破碎的粉尘带出去，料斗1内设有一对上下相向呈倾斜状的挡板7，就能很好的避免这样的缺点，碎玻璃在进行一级破碎后落入到二级破碎机内，一对B齿式破碎辊3对碎玻璃进行二次破碎，一对B齿式破碎辊3之间的间隙小于一对A齿式破碎辊2之间的间隙，达到分级破碎的效果，通过二级破碎机破碎后的玻璃落入到螺旋输送机4内，粉碎好的碎玻璃通过螺旋输送机4进入到储料仓5内，整个粉碎过程基本呈封闭状态，碎玻璃和粉尘无法溅射到空气中。振动电机8使位于下方一个挡板7在下料过程中振动，避免物料在料斗1内堆积，位于下方一个的挡板7一端可以活动安装在料斗1上，一对压簧两端分别与料斗1和挡板7连接，起到支撑挡板7的作用，使位于下方一个的挡板7在振动电机8运行时振动效果更好。

1.一种破碎传送装置，其特征在于它包括料斗（1）、一级破碎机、二级破碎机、螺旋输送机（4）和储料仓（5），料斗（1）内设有一对上下相向呈倾斜状的挡板（7），一级破碎机内的破碎元件由一对A齿式破碎辊（2）组成，二级破碎机内的破碎元件由一对B齿式破碎辊（3）组成，一级破碎机的进料口与料斗（1）的出料口相通，二级破碎机的进料口与一级破碎机的出料口相通，螺旋输送机（4）的进料口与二级破碎机的出料口相通，储料仓（5）的进料口与螺旋输送机（4）的出料口相通，它还有振动电机（8），振动电机（8）安装在位于下方一个挡板（7）的底部，它还有一对压簧，所述位于下方的一个挡板（7）一端活动安装在料斗（1）内，一对压簧两端分别与料斗（1）和位于下方的一个挡板（7）连接。
