Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wyrób wlókienniczy, tlumiacy pole elektromagnetyczne poprzez pokrywanie wyrobów wlókienniczych powlokami nanoszonymi metoda rozpylania magnetronowego, które to wyroby wlókiennicze przeznaczone sa do stosowania jako ekrany elektromagnetyczne, w szczególnosci w szpitalach, w budynkach biurowych, mieszkalnych i w laboratoriach i które moga znalezc zastosowanie do wytwarzania tapet, kotar albo zaslon i rolet. Wyrób wlókienniczy ma na podloze (P) naniesiona powloke, zawierajaca co najmniej jedna warstwe (W1, W2, W3, W4) metalu i/lub co najmniej jedna warstwe (W1, W2, W3, W4) tlenku metalu o grubosci nie przekraczajacej pojedynczych ?m, przy czym warstwy (W1, W2, W3, W4) nalozone sa na podloze (P) naprzemiennie, a ilosc nalozonych warstw (W1, W2, W3, W4) uwarunkowana jest wspólczynnikiem efektywnosci tlumienia pola elektromagnetycznego wyrobu wlókienniczego. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równiez urzadzenie do wytwarzania wyrobu wlókienniczego, tlumiacego pole elektromagnetyczne, majace wewnatrz komory prózniowej, nad urzadzeniem transportowym zamocowanym w podstawie, umieszczona trójwarstwowa anode, wykonana w ksztalcie czesci powierzchni walca, umocowana poprzez izolatory w podstawie, zamocowanej do obudowy komory. Anoda, od strony target, ma warstwe poslizgowa, a pod nia warstwe konstrukcji nosnej, zas od dolu stabilizator temperatury, do którego zamocowany jest uklad chlodzenia, wykonany z zespolu rurek transportujacych medium chlodzace. Nad trójwarstwowa anoda zamocowane jest urzadzenie magnetronowe (1) wyposazone w prostokatny target, podlaczone do zasilacza (27), który polaczony jest poprzez uklad sterowania (26) z komputerem (25). Uklad sterowania (26) polaczony jest poprzez sterownik zaworu (28) z zaworem regulacyjnym (29), licznikiem dlugosci pokrytego powloka materialu wlókienniczego (30) i jednoczesnie poprzez regulator obrotów silnika (31) z silnikiem napedowym (32) napedzajacym naped rewersyjny urzadzenia transportowego.
