Abstract
Sposób równoczesnego usuwania NO i czastek weglowych oraz pylów nieorganicznych ze spalin w reaktorze wyposazonym w katalizator do bezposredniego rozkladu tlenku azotu, umieszczony na monolicie metalicznym, polega na tym, ze zapylone spaliny podaje sie stycznie do obwodu reaktora, wywolujac obrotowy ruch spalin w dól reaktora, z jednoczesnym zaburzeniem przeplywu za pomoca styku strugi spalin z pofaldowana powierzchnia folii metalicznej, pokrytej aktywnym skladnikiem katalizatora, umieszczonej obwodowo na wewnetrznej scianie komory reaktora i rozdzialem strugi spalin przez kontakt z katalizatorem umieszczonym na wstedze spiralnej (4), opadajacej w dól reaktora, po czym strumien spalin kieruje sie przeciwpradowo do cylindrycznej wewnetrznej komory (3), zawierajacej kostki monolitycznego katalizatora i zaburza sie ruch laminarny strumienia spalin, przy czym podczas calego procesu w dolnej czesci reaktora odbiera sie opadajace czastki stale zanieczyszczen. Wynalazek dotyczy takze reaktora katalitycznego do usuwania NO i czastek weglowych oraz pylów nieorganicznych ze spalin.
