Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka przedstawiona na rysunkach i fotografiach, przeznaczona do produkcji wyrobów garmazeryjnych i wedliniarskich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslonki, przejawiajaca sie w rysunku i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek pierwszej i drugiej odmiany oslonki, fig. 2- fotografie pierwszej odmiany oslonki, fig. 3 - fotografie drugiej odmiany oslonki, fig. 4 - rysunek trzeciej i czwartej odmiany oslonki, fig. 5 - fotografie trzeciej odmiany oslonki, fig. 6 - fotografie czwartej odmiany oslonki, fig. 7 - rysunek piatej, szóstej i siódmej odmiany oslonki, fig. 8 - fotografie piatej odmiany oslonki, fig. 9 - fotografie szóstej odmiany oslonki, fig. 10 -fotografie siódmej odmiany oslonki, zas fig. 11 przedstawia rysunek zbiorczy przedstawiajacy wszystkie odmiany wzoru. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego sa róznorodne pasy umieszczone na oslonkach. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada dwukolorowe pasy o jednakowej szerokosci, umieszczone równolegle w stosunku do siebie a prostopadle do dlugosci wyrobu, przy czym pasy sa w kolorach rózowym i brazowym. W drugiej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada dwukolorowe pasy o jednakowej szerokosci, umieszczone równolegle w stosunku do siebie a prostopadle do dlugosci wyrobu, przy czym pasy sa w kolorach rózowym i czarnym.W trzeciej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada na rózowym tle brazowe pasy o nieregularnej szerokosci, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie wydluzone brazowe elementy zblizone do trójkatów. Wierzcholki trójkatów posiadaja lagodne czubki, które usytuowane sa na róznej szerokosci wyrobu, jednakze wszystkie znajduja sie na przeciwleglym boku do podstawy trójkatów. Pasy i elementy zblizone do trójkatów oslonki imituja skóre tygrysa. W czwartej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada na rózowym tle czarne pasy o nieregularnej szerokosci, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie wydluzone czarne elementy zblizone do trójkatów. The essential features of the subject industrial design are the various stripes placed on the casings. In the fourth version, the cover features black stripes of irregular width on a pink background, between which are elongated black elements resembling triangles. The triangle tops are slightly lowered and have sharpened points, which are located at different widths of the product, but all are located on the side opposite the triangle base.
