Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka przedstawiona na rysunkach i fotografiach, przeznaczona do opakowywania wyrobów garmazeryjno wedliniarskich. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek oslonki w widoku od góry, fig. 2 - rysunek oslonki w widoku od spodu, fig. 3 - fotografie oslonki w widoku od góry, zas fig. 4 - przedstawia fotografie oslonki w widoku od spodu. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmiennie rozmieszczenie pasów i ich ksztalt na oslonkach rózniace sie od dotychczas znanych rozwiazan. Przedmiotowy wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada na rózowym tle poprzecznie usytuowane nieregularne czarne pasy o zmiennej dlugosci Podstawy pasów maja zasadniczo jednakowa szerokosc, zas ich dlugosc jest zróznicowana. Jedne maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, kolejne sa sciete z dwóch stron od podstawy do wierzcholka lub posiadaja sciecie tylko z jednej strony i sa zblizone swoim ksztaltem do trójkata. Elementy zblizone do trójkatów posiadaja lagodne wierzcholki. Dlugosc pasów jest zróznicowana, jedne rozciagaja sie na calej szerokosci, inne wierzcholki maja usytuowane w polowie szerokosci, kolejne na okolo 1/3 szerokosci wyrobu. Pasy na oslonce imituja skóre tygrysa. Krawedzie boczne oslonki sa gladkie.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a casing shown in the drawings and photographs, intended for packaging delicatessen and cold cuts. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the casing from above, Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the casing from below, Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the casing from above, and Fig. 4 shows a photograph of the casing from below. The essential features of the subject industrial design are the different arrangement of the stripes and their shape on the casings, which differ from previously known solutions. The subject industrial design is characterized by transversely arranged, irregular black stripes of variable length on a pink background. The bases of the stripes are generally uniform in width, while their lengths vary. Some are rectangular in shape, others are beveled on both sides from base to tip, or are beveled on only one side and resemble a triangle. Triangular-like elements have gentle peaks. The stripes vary in length; some extend across the entire width, others have peaks located halfway across, and still others are approximately 1/3 the width of the product.
