Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka przedstawiona na rysunkach i fotografiach, przeznaczona do produkcji wyrobów garmazeryjnych i wedliniarskich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslonki, przejawiajaca sie w rysunku i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek pierwszej i drugiej odmiany oslonki, fig. 2 - fotografie pierwszej odmiany oslonki, fig. 3 - fotografie drugiej odmiany oslonki, fig. 4 - rysunek trzeciej i czwartej odmiany oslonki, fig. 5 - fotografie trzeciej odmiany oslonki, fig. 6- fotografie czwartej odmiany oslonki, zas fig. 7 - rysunek zbiorczy przedstawiajacy wszystkie odmiany wzoru. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego sa róznorodne pasy umieszczone na oslonkach. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada na brazowym tle, umieszczone po skosie, rózowe pasy o nieregularnej szerokosci, tworzace formy graficzne zblizone do liter „N", „I", „M" oraz „W". W drugiej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada na czarnym tle, umieszczone po skosie, rózowe pasy o nieregularnej szerokosci, tworzace formy graficzne zblizone do liter „N", „I", „M" oraz „W". W trzeciej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada na rózowym tle umieszczone pod katem brazowe pasy o nieregularnej szerokosci, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie usytuowane pod takim samym katem wydluzone brazowe elementy zblizone do trójkatów. Wierzcholkitrójkatów usytuowane sa na róznej szerokosci wyrobu, jednakze wszystkie znajduja sie na przeciwleglym boku do podstawy trójkatów. W czwartej odmianie wykonania oslonka posiada na rózowym tle umieszczone pod katem czarne pasy o nieregularnej szerokosci, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie usytuowane pod takim samym katem wydluzone czarne elementy zblizone do trójkatów. Wierzcholki trójkatów usytuowane sa na róznej szerokosci wyrobu, jednakze wszystkie znajduja sie na przeciwleglym boku do podstawy trójkatów. The subject of the industrial design is the casing presented in the drawings and photographs, intended for the production of delicatessen and cold cuts. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the casing, manifested in the design and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the first and second variants of the casing, Fig. 2 - photographs of the first variant of the casing, Fig. 3 - photographs of the second variant of the casing, Fig. 4 - drawing of the third and fourth variants of the casing, Fig. 5 - photographs of the third variant of the casing, Fig. 6 - photographs of the fourth variant of the casing, and Fig. 7 - a collective drawing presenting all variants of the design. The essential features of this industrial design are the various stripes placed on the casings. In the first version, the casing has diagonally placed pink stripes of irregular width on a brown background, creating graphic forms similar to the letters "N," "I," "M," and "W." In the second version, the casing has diagonally placed pink stripes of irregular width on a black background, creating graphic forms similar to the letters "N," "I," "M," and "W." In the third version, the casing has angled brown stripes of irregular width on a pink background, between which are elongated brown elements resembling triangles, placed at the same angle. The triangle tops are located at different widths of the product, but all are on the side opposite the triangle bases. In the fourth version, the cover features black stripes of irregular width placed at an angle on a pink background, between which are elongated black elements resembling triangles placed at the same angle. The triangles' peaks are located at different widths of the product, but all are located on the opposite side from the triangles' bases.
