Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajace sie w kompozycji graficznej, rysunku i ukladzie linii nadajaca przedmiotowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia listewke reklamowa w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - listewke reklamowa w widoku z boku, fig. 3 do fig. 8 - przedstawiaja odmiany listewki reklamowej w widoku od czola.Listewka reklamowa wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest w postaci podluznego, waskiego kawalka drewna, na którego obu koncach, górnym i dolnym, umieszczono strzalki, których grot skierowany jest w strone krótszego boku listewki przy którym sie znajduje. Na wizerunku strzalki umieszczonej przy górnym koncu listewki, znajduje sie napis „hoff art" a ponizej tej strzalki, na calej szerokosci listewki napis „OTWIERACZ". Ponizej slowa „OTWIERACZ" umieszczono linie tworzaca nie zamkniete obramowanie zakonczone na jednym z konców wizerunkiem pedzla. Powierzchnie w obrebie obramowania przeznaczono na napisy reklamowe, handlowe, informacyjne. Na dolnym koncu listewki umieszczono przedstawiony graficznie kontur listewki z zakrecona strzalka, wskazujaca na funkcje listewki jako mieszadlo. Wizerunek listewki w nieduzej czesci zachodzi na wizerunek strzalki dolnej. The subject of the ornamental design is an advertising strip, which is also a paint mixer. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the graphic composition, drawing, and arrangement of lines, giving the object a unique and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the advertising strip from the front, Fig. 2 - the advertising strip from the side, and Figs. 3 to Fig. 8 - show variations of the advertising strip from the front. The advertising strip, according to the ornamental design, is in the form of an elongated, narrow piece of wood, on both ends, the upper and lower, of which arrows are placed, the tip of which points towards the shorter side of the strip at which it is located. The image of the arrow placed at the upper end of the strip features the inscription "hoff art," and below this arrow, across the entire width of the strip, the inscription "OTWIERACZ" (OPENER). Below the word "OTWIERACZ" (OPENER) are lines forming an open frame, topped at one end with an image of a brush. The area within the frame is designated for advertising, commercial, and informational inscriptions. At the lower end of the strip is a graphically depicted outline of the strip with a curled arrow, indicating its function as a stirrer. The image of the strip slightly overlaps the image of the lower arrow. In a variation of the design, the advertising strip - paint stirrer has a centimeter scale placed between the image of a brush and the lower edge of the strip, on one side, and a liter scale on the other, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3.
