Description
Znane dotychczas sposoby otrzymywania fluo¬ rokrzemianu cynku sa nieekonomiczne. Waznym Warunkiem w sposobie otrzsmiyWania PLZnSiF3 zinc fluorosilicate. 6B20 is used as one of the components of impregnants for wood, concrete, bricks, etc. This compound has exceptionally strong fungicidal properties, among others due to the content of fluorine. It also undergoes hydrolysis with the release of silica, which occurs after the impregnation agent has penetrated the material, whereby the silica exuding clogs the pores of the materials and prevents washing out of the impregnating agent. Wood, impregnated with zinc fluorosilicate, remains resistant to infection for practically unlimited time. The known methods of obtaining zinc fluorosilicate are uneconomical. This is the reason why the impregnating agents used so far contain at most 40-60% of zinc fluorosilicate. The method of obtaining zinc fluorosilicate according to the invention allows it to be obtained from waste gases in the production of superphosphate, which significantly reduces the cost of obtaining this impregnating agent. and thus allows for its wider use. This method also has the advantage that it can be carried out with the equipment previously used for the conversion of post-superphosphate gases into sodium fluorosilicate (Na & SiFt), with only minor changes to the device. The method of obtaining zinc fluorosilicate according to the invention consists in gas absorption. post-superphosphate in an aqueous suspension of zinc oxide in multi-chamber scrubbers. The resulting liquid is then added to a separate vat with zinc oxide at a temperature of 60-80 ° C, until an inert reaction, using Congo red as an indicator. After filtering the solution obtained, it is fined by evaporation to 50 ° Be and crystallizes in crystallizers, and then centrifuged. The obtained product is mixed with additives used in the production of impregnating agents, such as sodium fluoride, cresol, dyes, etc., as an important condition in the method of obtaining PL
