Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blankiet i zlozone z niego pudelko przeznaczone do pakowania wyrobów higienicznych, a zwlaszcza podpasek. Znane sa i stosowane pudelka prostopadloscienne o prostej konstrukcji majace cztery polaczone ze soba scianki boczne oraz jedna lub dwie scianki czolowe w ksztalcie klapek ze skrzydelkami wsuwanymi do wewnatrz pudelka. Od strony czolowej stosowane sa równiez obudowane wieczka zachodzace na scianki boczne. Znane sa róznego rodzaju skladane pudelka prostopadloscienne lub zblizone do prostopadloscianu o bardzo zlozonej budowie, formowane przez zgiecie scianek, zawierajace róznego rodzaju laczniki, czesto z nacieciami, wsuwane w celu polaczenia w dostosowane do tych laczników szczeliny-otwory. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac blankietu i zlozonego z niego pudelka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach powierzchni.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia rozlozony blankiet wedlug wzoru, a fig. 2 pudelko zlozone z blankietu. Blankiet pudelka wedlug wzoru ma ulozone kolejno i przylegajace do siebie nastepujace podluzne sciany: prostokatna sciane przednia prostokatna sciane górna prostokatna sciane tylna prostokatna sciane dolna, przy czym sciany przednia i górna maja jeden z dluzszych boków w formie lukowej. Do krótszych boków sciany górnej przylegaja prostokatne sciany boczne, do krótszych boków sciany przedniej oraz tylnej przylegaja trapezowe sciany laczace, do krótszych boków sciany dolnej przylegaja prostokatne sciany laczace, a do dluzszego boku sciany dolnej przylega trapezowa czesc laczaca, w której srodkowej czesci jest owalny otwór - szczelina. Pudelko wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, który ma dwie równe, równolegle do siebie, prostokatne podstawy, dwie równolegle do siebie prostokatne sciany boczne oraz równolegle do siebie prostokatne sciany przednia i tylna przy czym jeden z dluzszych boków sciany przedniej oraz sciany górnej ma forme lukowa. Pudelko to mozna wytworzyc z jednego kawalka materialu. W przedniej scianie pudelka jest owalny otwór - szczelina. W szczeline wprowadzana jest klapka pokrywy pudelka. Pokrywe pudelka stanowi czesc górnej oraz czesc przedniej sciany. Pokrywa jest przechylna zawiasowo na krawedzi pomiedzy scianami górna i tylna i jest skladana wzdluz linii na scianie górnej.Blankiet i zlozone z niego pudelko moga byc wykonane w dowolnej barwie lub zestawieniu barw, moga byc takze na nim umieszczone napisy, linie zdobnicze oraz rysunki.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a blank and a box composed of it, intended for packaging hygiene products, particularly sanitary napkins. Rectangular boxes of simple construction are known and used, with four interconnected side walls and one or two flap-shaped front walls with wings that slide inside the box. Enclosed lids that overlap the side walls are also used on the front side. Various types of foldable cuboid or near-cuboid boxes of very complex construction are known, formed by bending the walls and containing various types of connectors, often with notches, inserted for connection into slots or openings adapted to these connectors. The essence of the design is a new form of the form and the box composed of it, manifesting itself in the shape, line arrangement, and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the form unfolded according to the design, and Fig. 2 shows the box folded from the form. The box form according to the design has the following longitudinal walls arranged sequentially and adjacent to each other: a rectangular front wall, a rectangular top wall, a rectangular back wall, and a rectangular bottom wall, with the front and top walls having one of their longer sides in an arcuate form. Rectangular side walls adjoin the shorter sides of the top wall, trapezoidal connecting walls adjoin the shorter sides of the front and back walls, rectangular connecting walls adjoin the shorter sides of the bottom wall, and a trapezoidal connecting part adjoins the longer side of the bottom wall, in the middle of which is an oval opening – a slot. According to the model, the box has a cuboid shape with two equal, parallel rectangular bases, two parallel rectangular side walls, and parallel rectangular front and back walls, with one of the longer sides of the front wall and top wall being arched. This box can be manufactured from a single piece of material. An oval opening – a slot – is located in the front wall. The box lid flap is inserted into the slot. The box lid is part of the top and front walls. The lid is hinged at the edge between the top and back walls and folds along a line on the top wall.
