Wykrój tego pudelka podzielony jest liniami giecia na poszczególne scianki pudelka. Linie giecia zaznaczone sa linia kropkowo-kreskowa. Dla ulatwienia giecia, wykonane jest tak zwane bigowanie, czyli wgniecenie. Znane pudelko wykonane jest bez uzycia kleju oraz bez zszywek, natomiast niektóre scianki zaopatrzone sa w profilowane wypusty, które sa w trakcie montazu pudelka osadzane w profilowanych otworach, usytuowanych na liniach giecia. Ponadto inne scianki zaopatrzone sa w plaskie, niskie wypusty, które osadzane sa w wydluzonych, waskich otworach, równiez usytuowanych na liniach giecia.Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie. Polish patent no. 174286 describes a foldable cuboid box made from a flat blank of cardboard, paperboard, or plastic foil. The blank of this box is divided into individual walls by folding lines. The folding lines are marked with dotted lines. To facilitate bending, a creasing, or indentation, is applied. This known box is made without the use of glue or staples, while some walls are equipped with profiled projections, which are inserted into profiled holes located on the folding lines during box assembly. In addition, other walls are equipped with flat, low projections that are inserted into elongated, narrow holes, also located on the bending lines. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproduction, manifested particularly in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, which show as follows. Variations of the industrial design are shown in the collective drawing, in which individual figures represent variations of the industrial design. The outer surfaces of the packaging blank may preferably be colored and/or decorated with a print, particularly using screen printing. The blanks and partitions are delivered to recipients unfolded, as in this form they take up little space. The possibility of dividing the internal space of the box in half or into unequal parts increases the usability of the packaging. Variation No. 1 of the industrial design. The blank, when folded along the scoring lines, creates a package, particularly for sweets, in the form of a foldable cuboid box, which box comprises a container with a lid, the lid being connected to the container by means of an articulation. The container has a rectangular bottom 1, and the rectangular double front wall comprises an outer front wall 2a and an inner front wall 2b, while the two rectangular double side walls comprise outer side walls 3a and inner side walls 3b. The rear wall, having a rectangular shape, is also double, consisting of an outer rear wall 2c and an inner rear wall 2d. The container is held in the folded state by connectors 2e, positioned between the outer side walls 3a and the inner side walls 3b. A front foot 2f and two side feet 3c rest on the bottom of the container 1. The lid has a double, rectangular wall, which consists of an outer top wall 4a and an inner top wall 2d. The double, rectangular front wall of the lid consists of an outer front wall 5a and an inner front wall 5b. The lid is held in the folded state by fasteners 5c, positioned between the outer front wall 5a and the inner front wall 5b. Each of the side walls of the lid 6 has the shape of a geometric figure, which differs from a right-angled triangle in that instead of a hypotenuse, the rectangular sides are connected by a curved line, with each of the side walls of the lid 6 being divided into segments 6a and 6b by a crease line 6c, extending from the apex of the rectangular sides and running diagonally to the curved side. The crease line 6c causes the side walls of the lid 6 to be slightly convex, with the convexity directed outward. This also prevents the box from spontaneously opening due to the springiness of the material from which the box is made. Industrial design variant No. 2. Industrial design variant No. 2 differs from variant No. 1 in that the packaging, particularly for sweets, takes the form of a foldable cuboid box, which comprises a container with a lid, the lid being articulated to the container, and is provided with a partition that, when inserted into the box, divides its interior in half.
