Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko stanowiace opakowanie zwlaszcza wkretów, korków oraz innych drobnych elementów badz przedmiotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pudelka przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu jego konturów zewnetrznych przed zlozeniem oraz rysunku i barwie powierzchni po zlozeniu do ksztaltu pudelka prostopadlosciennego. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia widok pudelka w rozlozeniu, fig. 2 - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny pudelka zlozonego. Jak pokazano na rysunku- powierzchnia pudelka w rozlozeniu podzielona jest poziomymi i pionowymi liniami zalaman, w tym 4-oma pionowymi, równoleglymi firnami ora z 3-ema poziomymi takze równoleglymi liniami zalaman. Linie te dziela powierzchnie pudelka na szesc prostokatnych plaszczyzn odpowiadajacych szesciu sciankom prostopadlosciennego pudelka oraz na przylegajace do linii konturowych tych scianek scianki lacznikowe, które po zalamaniu i sklejeniu tworza przestrzenny ksztalt pudelka. Scianki lacznikowe maja ksztalty zróznicowane, zapewniajace latwe i trwale polaczenie calosci Tak wiec - górny lacznik pierwszy z lewej strony prostokatnej powierzchni odpowiadajacej przedniej sciance ma ksztalt waskiego prostokata, którego prawy bok do polowy jest prosta lima pionowa a dalej jest linia skosna. Natomiast dolny lacznik tej scianki ma ksztalt trapezu. W polowie dlugosci tej scianki na jej pograniczu z dolnym lacznikiem wyciety jest podluzny otwór do wsuniecia wystepu tylnej scianki. Ponadto do bocznej, pionowej krawedzi opisanej scianki bocznej przylega waski lacznik o trapezowym ksztalcie. Pudelko o opisanych ksztaltach po zagieciu na Urnach lamania i polaczeniu brzegowymi lacznikami stanowi trwala i funkcjonalna postac. Ponadto jego zewnetrzna powierzchnia posiada oryginalny uklad graficzno- kolorystyczny. Przednia czolowa scianka podzielona jest przekatna na dwie plaszczyzny miedzy którymi umieszczony jest slowno-graficzny znak towarowy producenta towarów umieszczonych w pudelku. Ponadto na bialej, górny, trójkatnej plaszczyznie umiejscowione sa napisy i nazwy rodzajowe, a na drugiej dolnej czerwony plaszczyznie umieszczone sa rysunku srub, wkretów i kolków badz jeszcze innych wyrobów umieszczonych w pudelku. W analogicznym ukladzie graficzno-koknystycznym wykonana jest tylna scianka pudelka Natomiast pozostale scianki sa jednobarwne, przy czym umieszczone sa na iach takze drobne rysunki wyrobów stanowiacych zawartosc pudelka oraz umieszczone sa takze Znaki towarowe producenta tych wyrobów. Przedmiotem wzoru opisanego w zgloszeniu jest pudelko prostopadloscierme w kolorze czerwono-bialymi i czarnymi rysunkami przy czym wymiary tego pudelka i proporcje poszczególnych scianek moga byc róznorodne co decyduje o róznorodnosci jego odmian. Równiez kolor czerwony wystepujacy na poszczególnych plaszczyznach moze byc zastapiony inna h&rwa. Cechy istotae wzoru to: - link konturowe poszczególnych scianek pudelka w rozlozeniu oraz linie konturowe laczników tych scianek; - uklad graficzno-kolorystyczny scianki czolowej przedniej i tylnej tj. podzial tych scianek przekatna na 2 plaszczyzny w kontrastowym kolorze i umieszczenie na nich znaku towarowego firmy ora z rysunków produktów mieszczacych sie w pudelku.Fig. 1Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a box used for packaging screws, corks, and other small components or objects. The essence of the design is the new form of the box, manifested in the shape of its external contours before folding and the design and color of the surface after folding into a cuboid box. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an unfolded view of the box, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the folded box. As shown in the drawing, the surface of the unfolded box is divided by horizontal and vertical fold lines, including four vertical parallel fold lines and three horizontal parallel fold lines. These lines divide the box's surface into six rectangular planes corresponding to the six walls of the cuboidal box, and into connecting walls adjacent to the contour lines of these walls, which, when folded and glued, create the three-dimensional shape of the box. The connecting walls have varied shapes, ensuring easy and durable connection. Thus, the upper connector, first on the left side of the rectangular surface corresponding to the front wall, is shaped like a narrow rectangle, with half of its right side being a straight vertical line and the other half being a diagonal line. The lower connector of this wall, on the other hand, is trapezoidal. Halfway along this wall's length, at its border with the lower connector, an elongated hole is cut for inserting the rear wall's protrusion. The side wall on the upper edge has small rectangular bends with a protruding tongue, while on the lower edge the connector has straight edges on the right side and on the left side it has the shape of a protruding 5-side. The rear wall has an upper connector with a shape analogous to the connector of the front wall and is located symmetrically in relation to it. On the lower edge of this wall, a rectangular plane constituting the bottom of the box is adjacent to it, while on the horizontal outer edge of this plane there is an elongated protrusion that, after being connected, enters the opening of the front wall. The next, second side wall - on the lower edge has a connector with a shape analogous to the connector of the first side wall, while on its upper edge, a rectangular upper wall is adjacent to its rim, terminated with a connector having a trough-shaped IM bend and with an outer edge with rounded corners. Furthermore, a narrow, trapezoidal connector adheres to the vertical side edge of the described side wall. The box with the described shapes, when folded on the Urns and connected with edge connectors, creates a durable and functional form. Furthermore, its outer surface has an original graphic and color scheme. The front face is divided diagonally into two planes, between which is placed the verbal and graphic trademark of the manufacturer of the goods contained within the box. Furthermore, the upper, white, triangular surface contains inscriptions and generic names, while the lower, red surface contains drawings of screws, bolts, and dowels, or other products contained within the box. The back wall of the box is designed in a similar graphic and colloquial layout. The remaining walls are single-colored, and also feature small drawings of the products contained within the box, as well as the manufacturer's trademarks. The design described in the application is a rectangular box in red, white, and black drawings. The dimensions of this box and the proportions of individual walls can vary, which determines the variety of its versions. The red color on individual surfaces can also be replaced with another color. The essential features of the design are: - contour lines of individual walls of the box when unfolded, and the contour lines of the connectors of these walls; - graphic and color layout of the front and rear walls, i.e. dividing these walls diagonally into 2 planes in a contrasting color and placing the company's trademark and drawings of the products contained in the box on them.
