Pudelko Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pudelko z pokrywka, przeznaczone do pa- kowania drobnych wyrobów cukierniczych, zwlaszcza cukierków. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pudelka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, nadajacym mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pudelko o podstawie kwadratu w widoku z góry, fig 2 - tosamo pudelko z nalozona pokrywka w widoku z boku, fig 3 - pudelko wlasciwe bez pokrywki w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - pudelko wlasciwe w stanie rozlozonym. Pudelko wlasciwe wedlug wzoru utworzone jest z jednego ksztaltowo wycietego arkusza. Sklada sie ono z podstawy o zarysie szesciokata foremnego i szesciu przyle- gajacych do niej scianek bocznych o zarysie prostokata z zaokraglonymi zewnetrzny- mi narozami, polaczonymi pomiedzy soba parami trójkatnych scianek, oddzielonych od siebie i od scianek bocznych perforowanymi liniami. W stanie zlozonym pudelka wlasciwego trójkatne scianki, zalamane wzdluz perforowanych krawedzi znajduja sie wewnatrz pudelka, a scianki boczne stykaja sie ze soba wzdluz krótszych krawedzi prostokatów. Pudelko wlasciwe w stanie zlozonym jest utrzymywane przez pokrywke, odpowiadajaca ksztaltowi pudelka i obejmujaca swoimi sciankami boczne scianki pu- delka wlasciwego. Po zdjeciu pokrywki pudelko wlasciwe rozklada sie, tworzac tacke. Przedmiot wzoru moze byc wykonany w róznych kolorach i róznych zestawie- niach kolorystycznych. The subject of the ornamental design is a box with a lid, intended for packaging small confectionery products, particularly candies. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the box, manifested in a shape that gives it a new, original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a square-based box from above, Fig. 2 - the same box with the lid on, Fig. 3 - the box proper without the lid, Fig. 4 - the box proper in its unfolded state. According to the design, the box proper is made from a single, shape-cut sheet. It consists of a base in the shape of a regular hexagon and six adjacent rectangular side walls with rounded outer corners, connected by pairs of triangular walls, separated from each other and from the side walls by perforated lines. When the box proper is folded, the triangular walls, folded along the perforated edges, are located inside the box, and the side walls meet along the shorter edges of the rectangles. In the folded state, the box proper is held in place by a lid that conforms to the box's shape and encloses the side walls of the box proper.
