The industrial design registration right is valid from January 8, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is the outer packaging of a confectionery product in the form of a cookie. The industrial design is characterized by a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shapes, colors, material of the product, and its ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the photograph. The outer packaging of the confectionery product in the form of a cookie is made of propylene foil and, after being sealed, has a rectangular shape at the front with serrated ends, one end of which is blue, while the other end transitions from chocolate to blue. The outer packaging in the upper front part is dark blue and has large and small white stars arranged around it, while the lower part is chocolate-colored, with an appropriate contour of the color connection line and confectionery products in the form of cookies bristling with dried fruit, a branch of red fruit on a green leaf, whole and cut nuts, and the name of the cookies "Tongues**" in blue, as shown in Photo 1. Before the propylene foil is sealed in its unfolded state, the packaging has two dark blue and three chocolate-colored strips with motifs of cookies, fruit, and the name of the cookies, the outer edges of which constitute the sides of the packaging, as shown in Photo 2.
