Dotychczas brak jest rozwiazan wzoru w postaci pudelka o ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach bedacych przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia element pierwszy rozlozonego blankietu, fig. 2 element drugi rozlozonego blankietu wedlug wzoru, a fig. 3 pudelko zlozone z blankietu.Blankiet pudelka wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch elementów. Pierwszy element blankietu ma prostokatna sciane boczna z trapezowa czescia laczaca oraz przylegajaca do niej prostokatna sciana dolna. Do sciany bocznej przylega kolejna prostokatna sciana boczna, do której z jednej strony przylega prostokatna dolna sciana a z przeciwleglej strony trapezowa sciana laczaca, Do tej sciany bocznej przylega równiez fragment scianki bocznej. Z drugiej strony fragmentu scianki bocznej przylega nastepna prostokatna sciana boczna, do której przylega trapezowa sciana laczaca oraz prostokatna sciana dolna z elementem laczacym. Do tej dolnej sciany przylega uchylna sciana boczna (stanowiaca po zlozeniu pudelka wysuwana ukosnie szufladke). Do uchylnej sciany bocznej przylegaja z dwóch przeciwleglych stron trapezowe elementy laczace zawierajace wypustki ulatwiajace zlozenie pudelka. Ponadto do fragmentu scianki bocznej przylega prostokatna sciana górna z czescia laczaca. Drugi element blankietu wedlug wzoru ma czesc górna z czescia laczaca, do której przylegaja z dwóch przeciwleglych stron prostokatne czesci boczne. Wymiary czesci górnej drugiego elementu odpowiadaja wymiarom czesci górnej pierwszego elementu blankietu, a wymiary czesci bocznych drugiego elementu blankietu odpowiadaja wymiarom scian bocznych stykajacych sie z uchylna sciana boczna pierwszego elementu blankietu, przy czym wysokosc czesci bocznych drugiego elementu blankietu jest mniejsza od wysokosci scian bocznych pierwszego elementu. Róznica w wysokosci czesci bocznych pierwszego i drugiego elementu pozwala na stworzenie w pudelku oddzielnego miejsca w celu umieszczenia w nim wyrobów higienicznych.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pudelko ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, który ma dwie równe, równolegle do siebie, prostokatne podstawy górna i dolna, dwie równolegle do siebie prostokatne sciany boczne oraz równolegle do siebie prostokatne sciany przednia i tylna, przy czym sciana przednia stanowi wysuwana ukosna szufladke, a górna sciana jest przechylna zawiasowo na krawedzi pomiedzy scianami górna i przednia. Pudelko, wykonane z blankietu, dzieki róznicy wysokosci czesci bocznych pierwszego i drugiego elementu blankietu ma wyodrebniona przestrzen, sluzaca do umieszczania w niej wyrobów higienicznych. Dostep do tej wyodrebnionej przestrzeni nastepuje poprzez uchylenie górnej sciany.fig.1 fig.2 fig.3fig.1 fig.2fig. 3 PLThe industrial design is for a blank and a box composed of it, intended for packaging hygiene products, particularly sanitary pads and tampons. To date, there are no designs in the form of a box with the shape and properties that are the subject of this application. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design are manifest in its shape and surface properties. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first element of the unfolded blank, Fig. 2 the second element of the unfolded blank according to the design, and Fig. 3 the box composed of the blank. The box according to the design consists of two elements. The first element of the blank has a rectangular side wall with a trapezoidal connecting part and an adjacent rectangular bottom wall. Adjacent to the side wall is another rectangular side wall, which is joined on one side by a rectangular bottom wall and on the opposite side by a trapezoidal connecting wall. A fragment of the side wall also adjoins this side wall. On the other side of the side wall fragment, another rectangular side wall adjoins this trapezoidal connecting wall and a rectangular bottom wall with a connecting element. Adjacent to this bottom wall is a hinged side wall (which, when the box is folded, acts as a diagonally extending drawer). Adjacent to the hinged side wall are trapezoidal connecting elements containing projections that facilitate folding the box. In addition, a rectangular top wall with a connecting element adjoins the side wall fragment. The second element of the form, according to the pattern, has a top part with a connecting part, to which rectangular side parts adjoin on two opposite sides. The dimensions of the top part of the second element correspond to the dimensions of the top part of the first element of the form, and the dimensions of the side parts of the second element of the form correspond to the dimensions of the side walls in contact with the hinged side wall of the first element of the form, wherein the height of the side parts of the second element of the form is less than the height of the side walls of the first element. The difference in the height of the side parts of the first and second elements allows for the creation of a separate space within the box for storing hygiene products. Essential features of the industrial design: The box has a cuboid shape with two equal, parallel rectangular bases: the top and bottom, two parallel rectangular side walls, and parallel rectangular front and rear walls. The front wall is a pull-out diagonal drawer, and the top wall is hinged at the edge between the top and front walls. The box, made of blank paper, has a separate space for storing hygiene products thanks to the difference in height of the side parts of the first and second elements of the blank paper.
