Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pudla przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i barwie. Znane pudla do przechowywania i transportu grzybów maja postac prostopadlosciennych, kartonowych pudel lub drewnianych skrzynek. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia oudlo do przechowywania i transportu grzybów w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 2 - wykrój pudla w widoku z góry; fig. 3 - rysunek wykroju pudla w widoku z góry.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pudlo do przechowywania i transportu grzybów przedstawione na fig. 1 do 3 ma postac otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu, przy czym dluzsze scianki boczne pudla maja wykrój podwójnej wysokosci i przy skladaniu pudla sa zagiete do srodka tworzac scianke podwójnej grubosci. Krawedzie laczace dolna czesc tych dlugich scianek bocznych z dnem pudla sa zaopatrzone w prostokatne wyciecia, natomiast zewnetrzne krawedzie tych podwójnych scianek sa u góry zaopatrzone w prostokatne wypusty, odpowiadajace rozmiarem wycieciom dolnym i umozliwiajace skladowanie pudel w pozycji jedno na drugim. Krótsze scianki boczne sa zaopatrzone w swej czesci srodkowej u , góry w prostokatne wyciecia, umozliwiajace przeplyw powietrza. Ponadto krótsze scianki boczne posiadaja po bokach przedluzenia, które sa naciete od strony dluzszych scianek bocznych i dwukrotnie zlozone tworzac wzmocnione naroza pudla. Pudlo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wysokosc jego scianek bocznych jest okolo trzykrotnie mniejsza od szerokosci pudla. Cecha charakterystyczna pudla wedlug wzoru jest to, ze jego zewnetrzne scianki boczne przedstawiaja barwny obraz pieczarek, imitujacy wypelnienie nimi pudla.FIG . 1FIG . 2FIG . 3 PLMushroom Storage and Transport Box. The subject of the industrial design is a box for storing and transporting mushrooms, particularly button mushrooms, made of thick cardboard or paperboard. The essence of the design is the new form of the box, manifested in its shape and color. Known boxes for storing and transporting mushrooms are rectangular cardboard boxes or wooden crates. The mushroom storage and transport box according to the design differs from these known boxes primarily in that its outer walls are provided with color photographs or drawings of the products contained within, imitating the filling of the box with that product. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the mushroom storage and transport box in a perspective view; Fig. 2 - box cutout in a top view; Fig. 3 - Drawing of a box cutout in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design: The box for storing and transporting mushrooms shown in Figs. 1 to 3 has the form of a cuboid open at the top, wherein the longer side walls of the box have a double-height cutout and when the box is folded, are folded inward, creating a double-thick wall. The edges connecting the lower part of these long side walls to the bottom of the box are provided with rectangular cutouts, while the outer edges of these double walls are provided with rectangular projections at the top, corresponding in size to the lower cutouts and enabling the boxes to be stacked. The shorter side walls are provided with rectangular cutouts in their center at the top, allowing airflow. Furthermore, the shorter side walls have extensions on the sides, which are cut from the longer side walls and folded twice, creating reinforced corners of the box. The box is characterized by the fact that the height of its side walls is approximately three times smaller than the width of the box. A characteristic feature of the box according to the pattern is that its outer side walls depict a colorful image of mushrooms, imitating the filling of the box with them. FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 PL
