A group of utility models relates to cultural goods, namely, packaging for board games.

Known (patent No. 223855, IPC A63H 33/00, published December 11, 1968) a box for packing toy blocks (game elements), comprising a housing for placing blocks and a lid that is simultaneously used as a playing surface (it is a mounting plate for constructing a toy model from pads packed in the case).

The disadvantage of this package design is that the case, which is the most voluminous part of the package, is used only as a container for accommodating game elements.

The closest in the set of essential features is the technical solution adopted for the prototype for each of the claimed variants of the utility model (patent No. 12798 U1, IPC А63Н 33/00, published 02.10.2000), which is a box for packing a game, including a cover and a housing formed by the game board for accommodating game items.

The disadvantages of the known construction of the box include the execution of the body in the form of a rectangular flat material carrier, divided by inflection lines into five rectangles and eight triangles located in pairs at the corners of the playing field. The presence of many excesses on the plane of the playing field violates its flatness, which creates, accordingly, inconvenience when playing: game elements (chips, cube) have an unstable position, fall and slide off the playing field. In addition, the formation of the body due to repeated bends of the flat material carrier involves the use of thin material for its manufacture, which reduces the rigidity of the playing field, and therefore also negatively affects the consumer qualities of the package.

The task to which the group of utility models is directed is to expand the range of packaging containers for board games with improved consumer properties.

The technical result obtained by implementing the options of the utility model is to increase the operational characteristics (convenience and durability) of the finished product and its manufacturability.

The specified technical result for the first embodiment of the utility model is achieved due to the fact that in the package for a board game in the form of a box, including a lid and a housing designed to accommodate game elements and used as a playing field, the box is made of three rectangular blanks, the largest of which , all or part of the inner surface of which is used as a playing field, is divided by inflection lines into five rectangles, the middle of which is the bottom of the box body, and adjacent to rectangles with adjacent valves forming a hinged lid of the box, when bending from the bottom, form the side walls of the box body, and from the rectangles of two blanks separated by transverse bending lines, each connected to the corresponding free edge of the bottom of the box body, end walls of the box are formed, each with successive adjacent to each other by at least three valves forming the walls of the compartment for storing game elements.

The blanks used for the box are usually made of binding cardboard and are laminated on both sides with binding material.

The simplest rectangular shape of the blanks from which the packaging is made, not only allows the use of binding cardboard with a thickness of up to 5 mm, but also minimizes the amount of waste when cutting blanks, and also eliminates the need to produce separate dies (die cutting, die cutting), which saves time , since it allows you to start assembling the package immediately after receiving the materials and, accordingly, reduces the cost (additional technical result) of the finished product.

The possibility of manufacturing blanks, the inner surface of which is used as a playing field, from binding cardboard, the optimal thickness of which is 2 mm, as well as reducing the number of inflection lines located on its surface, increase its strength and quality of the playing field.

In the particular case of the utility model, the flap valves can be of the same size equal to half the area of a rectangular bottom each, and of a different size, for example, one of them 1/3 of the bottom and the other 2/3 of its area. To exclude spontaneous opening of the packaging, the lid is equipped, as a rule,

fastening elements, which can be magnetic disks (magnets), which are built into the cardboard part of the flap valves. With small packaging runs, the cost of magnets makes a significant contribution to the cost of packaging. Therefore, in the particular case of packaging execution, one magnet (only two) is built into the cardboard part of the lid valves, which, being opposite each other, are attracted and tightly close the lid. An alternative way of attaching the cover using magnetic vinyl is also possible: magnetic vinyl is glued to the inner surface of the flap valves, and a layer of elastic rubber-like magnetically soft iron (iron-filled polymer) is glued to the outer surface of the internal valves, which serves as a counterpart for magnetic vinyl.

To increase the convenience of consumers during the game and for the rational use of the internal space of the packaging case, game elements are usually placed in lodges built into additional compartments (containers) for game elements. The walls (cover, supporting wall, and bottom — with three valves) of such a specified compartment are formed from valves separated by an inflection line adjacent to the end wall of the box body. Lodgements can be made of foamed polymer, for example, polyurethane foam and polystyrene foam, of high density, however, maximum convenience can be achieved using polyethylene foam, for example :: IZOLON PPE or IZOLON PPE HP with a density of 33 kg / m ³ and an optimal thickness of 10 mm; Penolon (softer with the same characteristics).

In addition, it should be noted that, in contrast to the prototype, the utility model is a single integral part assembled from two (first option) or three (second option) blanks. Such packaging is much more convenient to use, since in the finished product there are no parts that are not required in the game (cover in the prototype, lodgements) and, therefore, are not lost, do not interfere and do not take up space during the game.

The claimed design of the utility model guarantees high-quality rigidity (the ability of structural elements to deform under external influence without a significant change in geometric dimensions) of the package due to:

a) located under the cover adjacent to the end walls of the housing of the box of internal valves,

b) the presence of the supporting walls of the compartments for storing game elements;

c) the presence of lodgements (a special case of the utility model) in the compartments for storing game elements;

The increase in the above technical characteristics leads to an increase in the durability of the packaging with repeated use.

One of the main advantages of the claimed packaging in comparison with the prototype is also its manufacturability (a set of design properties with predetermined operational characteristics that ensure the lowest cost during its production), which manifests itself in the fact that most of the work on assembling the claimed packaging can be carried out on Aurora FD automatic lines -AFM450 (cost 3.2 million rubles., 10 people produce 2000 packages per shift). For manual assembly (the applicant does not know automatic lines for assembling such structures), the box adopted for the prototype in the amount of 2000 pcs per shift requires at least 50 people.

Below, on the example of the design of a specific package for a board game, information is provided that confirms the possibility of implementing the claimed utility model according to the first of the declared options with the achievement of the above technical result.

The package for a board game is a folding box in the shape of a parallelepiped (Fig. 1, 8) with a body and a hinged lid made by folding and joining three rectangular blanks A, B, C (Fig. 2.3). The main part of the box is made of ESKABOARD binding board (manufacturer EskaGraphicBoard ", the Netherlands) 2 mm thick.

Billet A is a rectangle divided by inflection lines into five smaller rectangles, the middle one of which is the bottom of the box body, and the adjacent equal rectangles 2 and 2 'when bending from the bottom form the side walls of the box with adjacent valves 3 and 3' forming hinged cover (cover valves). In this case, the cover valves 3 and 3 'equal to half the area of the cover and, respectively, of a rectangular bottom each. The entire inner surface of the workpiece A having four transverse inflection lines is used as a playing field.

Billets B and C are identical to each other and consist of two cardboard rectangles 4 (4 ') and 5 (5') separated by an inflection line, forming the end walls of the box with adjacent valves (internal valves). Internal valves are located in the assembled box under the valves of the cover 3 and 3 '. Two magnetic disks are integrated in the cardboard part of the cover valves 3 and 3 'of the workpiece A and the internal valves 5 and 5' of the workpieces B and C 6. Magnetic disks integrated in the cardboard part of the internal valves 5 and 5 '(adjacent to the end walls of the box) are located opposite to the magnetic disks integrated in the cardboard part of the valve flaps 3 and 3 ', and therefore, being attracted to each other, tightly close the hinged cover, excluding its spontaneous opening.

The internal valves 5 and 5 'of the blanks B and C are elongated with the formation of two rectangles 7 (7') and 8 (8 ') separated by the inflection lines, forming (Fig. 6) the supporting walls and the upper covers of the two compartments for storing 9 and 9 'game elements (chips, cards, hourglass). Due to the fact that the rectangles of the supporting walls 7 (7 ') are identical to the rectangles 4 (4') of the end walls of the box body, these compartments have the shape of parallelepipeds. When the compartments for game elements (Fig. 7) are folded, the rectangles 7 (7 ') act as partitions inside the package body, and the rectangles 8 (8') are the bottoms of these containers.

For a dense and convenient placement of game elements in the formed compartments, lodges 9 and 9 'are made of foam polymer (IZOLON PPE 3010, with a density of 33 kg / m ³ and a thickness of 3 mm), cut depending on the shape of the container and the size of the game elements.

So, for rectangular cards in the planes of rectangles 8 and 8 '(the covers of the laid out compartments for game elements), rectangular slots were cut out for the extraction of game elements (cards), the lodgement 9 is constructed from a sheet blank and has the shape of a tray (Fig. 4). The bottom of the specified tray is glued to the valve 5 adjacent to the end wall 4, due to which the cards are raised above the plane of the playing field, and four, perpendicular to the bottom of the tray, smaller rectangular strips of the lodgement form the end walls and partitions inside the container.

The lodgement 9 'for chips and an hourglass is made of a large parallelepiped glued to the inside of the valve 5' forming the bottom of the lodgement with cut holes for installing game elements, as well as two small parallelepipeds, which are glued to the workpiece valve 5 'adjacent to the end wall 4' perpendicular to the bottom of the lodgement, get the end walls of the compartment.

Billets B and C are laminated with binding material: each side is glued onto a rectangular sheet of binding material, the size of which from the side of the workpiece, which is attached when assembling the box to its bottom, exceeds the size of the workpiece. The edges of the binding material on three sides of the workpiece are bent to its other side, a patch of the same binding material is glued on top. Part (surplus) of binding material 10 (10 ′) glued to the patch on one side of the cardboard blank B (and C) also forms a spine 10 (10 ′), by which the blank B (and C) are glued to the corresponding edge of the rectangular bottom with the inner side of the workpiece A. Next, the inner part of the workpiece A with glued roots 10 (10 ') is lapped with the same binding material, but with a previously applied image of the playing field.

In the case of mass production of packages in order to reduce their cost for cardboard blanks, it is advisable to use the most economical method of cutting and caching them. As an example, a description is given of the preparation of a kashirovanny zegotka A for the second or third of the claimed options.

Long strips of cardboard are glued onto a wide sheet of binding material with some clearance, the width of which corresponds to the height of the rectangles (3, 2, 1, 2 ', 3') of workpiece A (the height of 2 cover flaps, 2 sides and bottom) . The same piece of binding material is glued on top. The whole structure is neatly cut into several parts forming the workpiece A. The gaps left during the application of cardboard strips play the role of inflection lines in the laminated blank. The whole structure is cut into pieces across the strips with the formation of many identical blanks A.

From such blanks, the packaging is collected as well as in the classic version. The complexity of such a box is so low that even the use of expensive cardboard, tinted in bulk, slightly increases its cost.

Similarly, for example, blanks B and C can be manufactured for the first embodiment of the utility model.
