The subject of the industrial design is a writing instrument and a writing instrument attachment. The essence of the design is a new form of the writing instrument and the writing instrument attachment, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, surface, and color. The writing instrument has an elongated shape similar to the surface of a cylinder that diverges slightly upwards, with a base diameter that is small in relation to its height, the lower part of the device covers approximately half of its length and is terminated at the bottom with a rounding in a shape similar to the surface of a sphere flattened at the end. From above, the lower part of the device is in contact with a central part, approximately cylindrical, of slightly larger diameter, bordered at both ends by a horizontal line, the lateral surface of which is covered with small elements of circular outline evenly distributed over the entire surface, the central part covering approximately one quarter of the length of the device. From the opposite end, the central part is in contact with the upper part, which is the attachment of the device, in a shape similar to the surface of a cylinder convex in the central part, slightly narrowed near both ends, wherein the upper end of the attachment has a shape similar to a truncated cone terminated on the upper surface with a flat projection of a circular outline, while from the front side it has an approximately rectangular, elongated flat element protruding downwards, bent in an arc in its central part, with a length greater than the length of the attachment and terminated at the bottom with an approximately triangular narrowing and at the top with a rounding in a shape similar to a small, flat, horizontally situated cylinder. The writing instrument's cap has a shape similar to a cylindrical surface, convex in its central part and slightly tapered near both ends. The upper end of the cap is shaped similar to a truncated cone, terminating on the upper surface with a flat, circular projection. At the front, it has a flat element extending downward, approximately rectangular, elongated, arched in its central part, longer than the cap, terminating at the bottom with a roughly triangular taper and at the top with a rounded shape similar to a small, flat, horizontal cylinder. The lateral surface of the cap is transparent, revealing the approximately rectangular side contours within and the circular contour centrally located between them. The cap of the writing instrument in the design variant has a shape similar to a cylindrical surface convex in its central part, slightly narrowed near both ends, with the upper end of the cap having a shape similar to a truncated cone terminating on the upper surface with a flat projection of circular outline, while on the front side it has a protruding downward, approximately rectangular, elongated flat element, curved in its central part, with a length greater than the cap and terminating at the bottom in an approximately triangular narrowing and at the top in a rounding in the shape similar to a small, flat, horizontally positioned cylinder. The application covers the writing instrument and the cap of the writing instrument and a variant of the cap of the writing instrument. The essential features of the industrial design relate to a writing instrument of an elongated shape, similar to the slightly upward diverging surface of a cylinder with a small base diameter in relation to its height, the lower part of the instrument covers approximately half of its length and is terminated at the bottom with a rounding in a shape similar to the surface of a sphere flattened at the end, while at the top the lower part of the instrument is in contact with a central part, approximately cylindrical, with a slightly larger diameter, outlined at both ends with a horizontal line, the lateral surface of which is covered with small elements of a circular outline distributed evenly over the entire surface, the central part covers approximately one quarter of the length of the instrument, while at the opposite end the central part is in contact with the upper part, constituting the cap of the instrument, in the shape of similar to a cylinder surface convex in the central part, slightly narrowed near both ends, wherein the upper end of the cap has a shape similar to a truncated cone terminated on the upper surface with a flat projection of a circular outline, and on the front side it has an approximately rectangular, elongated flat element protruding downwards, bent in its central part in an arc, with a length greater than the length of the cap and terminated at the bottom with an approximately triangular narrowing and at the top with a rounding in a shape similar to a small, flat, horizontally situated cylinder as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1-6. The essential features of the industrial design concern the cap of the writing instrument in a shape similar to a cylinder surface convex in the central part, slightly narrowed near both ends, wherein the upper end of the cap has a shape similar to a truncated cone terminated on the upper surface with a flat projection of a circular outline, and on the front side it has a protruding downwards approximately rectangular, elongated, arc-bent in its central part, flat element with a length greater than the length of the cap and terminated at the bottom with an approximately triangular narrowing and at the top with a rounding in a shape similar to a small, flat, horizontally situated cylinder, moreover, the lateral surface of the cap is transparent and shows approximately rectangular side outlines located inside and a circular outline placed centrally between them as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 7-12.
