Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w postaci etykiety, przeznaczone zwlasz- cza na worki na smieci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolory- styczna. Wzór przemyslowy zobrazowany na Fig. 1 obejmuje opakowanie w postaci etykiety, zwlaszcza na zrolowane worki na smieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym z prawej strony widnieja dwa zólte panele o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata z zaokraglonym lewym dolnym rogiem. Na nich, w prawym górnym rogu umieszczona zostala czerwona figura geome- tryczna przypominajaca flage, na której umieszczony zostal wizerunek mezczyzny i fraza slowna „JAN Niezbedny" w bialym kolorze. Na panelu, w lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony zostal opis produktu, za- pisany czcionka w kolorze czarnym, o tresci: Worki na smieci z uszami oraz piktogram w ksztalcie ludz- kiej dloni, obok którego widnieje napis latwe wiazanie i przenoszenie. Z lewej strony zóltych paneli znaj- duja sie od góry dwa identyczne przedstawienia koszy na smieci z wlozonymi wen fioletowymi workami z uszami; pod kazdym z nich znajduje sie wizerunek kwiatów oraz biala, prostokatna ramka z zaokra- glonymi rogami z napisem „zapachowe" w kolorze fioletowym. Pomiedzy zóltymi panelami znajduja sie elementy slowne „Zyj wygodniej!" i „Jan Niezbedny" (ten drugi stylizowany na podpis odreczny) oraz trzy prostokaty w kolorach pomaranczowym, niebieskim i zielonym z wizerunkiem kosza na smieci oraz informacja o dostepnych pojemnosciach (20 l, 35 l, 60 l) i czerwona trójkatna strzalka wskazujaca dana pojemnosc, której prostokat jest objety zólta ramka. Z lewej strony etykiety umieszczony zostal w pionie zielony pas (linia), z którym zlaczone sa dwie figury o zaokraglonych rogach, przypominajace prosto- katy, równiez w kolorze zielonym, na których umieszczono wykonane w kolorze bialym: oznaczenia wskazujace pojemnosc (60 l), liczbe sztuk (20 szt.) i wymiary (59x71 cm) worków znajdujacych sie w opakowaniu, a takze piktogram przedstawiajacy czlowieka z reka nad koszem na smieci. Calosc umieszczono na tle w kolorze jasnoszarym. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with character by lines, contours, and shapes, as well as a distinctive graphic design and color palette. The industrial design depicted in Fig. 1 covers packaging in the form of a label, specifically for rolled garbage bags. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which features two yellow panels on the right, roughly rectangular in shape with a rounded lower left corner. In the upper right corner, a red geometric figure resembling a flag is placed, bearing the image of a man and the phrase "JAN Niezzbędny" in white. The panel in the lower left corner features a product description in black font, reading: Garbage bags with handles, and a pictogram in the shape of a human hand, next to which is the inscription "easy to tie and carry." To the left of the yellow panels, from the top, are two identical images of garbage cans with purple bags with handles inside; beneath each is an image of flowers and a white, rectangular frame with rounded corners and the inscription "fragrant" in purple. Between the yellow panels are the words "Live more comfortably!" and "Jan Niezdźny" (the latter stylized to look like a handwritten signature), and three rectangles in orange, blue and green with the image of a garbage can and information about the available capacities (20 l, 35 l, 60 l) and a red triangular arrow pointing to the given capacity, the rectangle of which is framed in yellow. On the left side of the label there is a vertical green stripe (line), connected to which are two figures with rounded corners, resembling rectangles, also in green, on which are placed white markings indicating the capacity (60 l), the number of pieces (20 pcs.) and the dimensions (59x71 cm) of the bags in the package, as well as a pictogram depicting a man with his hand over a garbage can.
