Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w postaci etykiety, przeznaczone zwlaszcza na worki na smieci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje 2 odmiany. Opakowania produktu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach zostaly zobrazowane na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. Kazda z odmian obejmuje opakowanie w postaci etykiety, zwlaszcza na zrolowane worki na smieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym z prawej strony widnieja dwa zólte panele o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata z zaokraglonym lewym dolnym rogiem. Na nich, w prawym górnym rogu umieszczona zostala czerwona figura geometryczna przypominajaca flage, na której umieszczony zostal wizerunek mezczyzny i fraza slowna „JAN Niezbedny" w bialym kolorze. Na panelu, w lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony zostal opis produktu, zapisany czcionka w kolorze czarnym, o tresci: Worki na smieci supermocne 3 warstwy wytrzymalej folii oraz piktogram w ksztalcie ludzkiej dloni. Z lewej strony zóltych paneli znajduja sie od góry: przedstawienie worka na smieci z reka go trzymajaca oraz zólta ramka z wizerunkiem odwaznika z literami KG i czarnym napisem „bardzo wytrzymale", a takze z zielonym kólkiem po lewej stronie z napisem 100%, dwiema strzalkami i innymi nieczytelnymi napisami; przedstawienie kosza na smieci z wlozonym wen workiem, z zólta ramka z wizerunkiem odwaznika z literami KG i czarnym napisem „bardzo wytrzymale", a takze z zielonym kólkiem po lewej stronie z napisem 100%, dwiema strzalkami i innymi nieczytelnymi napisami. Pomiedzy zóltymi panelami znajduja sie elementy slowne „Zyj wygodniej!" i „Jan Niezbedny" (ten drugi stylizowany na podpis odreczny) oraz trzy prostokaty w kolorach granatowym, pomaranczowym i brazowym z wizerunkiem kosza na smieci oraz informacja o dostepnych pojemnosciach (120 l, 160 l, 240 l) i czerwona trójkatna strzalka wskazujaca dana pojemnosc, której prostokat jest objety zólta ramka. Z lewej strony etykiety umieszczony zostal w pionie pas (linia), z którym zlaczone sa dwie figury o zaokraglonych rogach, przypominajace prostokaty, przy czym kolor linii koresponduje z kolorem figury, na których umieszczono wykonane w kolorze bialym: oznaczenia wskazujace pojemnosc, liczbe sztuk i wymiary worków znajdujacych sie w opakowaniu, a takze piktogram przedstawiajacy czlowieka z reka nad koszem na smieci. Calosc umieszczono na tle w jednobarwnym kolorze. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, defined by its lines, contours, and shapes, as well as its distinctive graphic design and color palette. The industrial design includes two variants. Product packaging based on the industrial design in two variants is illustrated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Each variant includes packaging in the form of a label, specifically for rolled garbage bags. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which features two yellow panels on the right, roughly rectangular in shape, with a rounded lower left corner. On them, in the upper right corner, there is a red geometric figure resembling a flag, on which there is an image of a man and the phrase "JAN Niezbecny" in white. On the panel, in the lower left corner, there is a product description in black font, with the text: Super strong garbage bags, 3 layers of durable foil and a pictogram in the shape of a human hand. On the left side of the label, a vertical stripe (line) connects two figures with rounded corners, resembling rectangles. The color of the line corresponds to the color of the figures, which bear white markings indicating the capacity, number of bags, and dimensions of the bags contained in the package, as well as a pictogram depicting a person with their hand over a garbage can.
