Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolory- styczna. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje 3 odmiany. Kazda z odmian obejmuje opakowanie w postaci ety- kiety, zwlaszcza na zrolowane worki na smieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym z prawej strony widnieja dwa zólte panele o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata z zaokraglonym lewym dolnym rogiem. Na nich, w prawym górnym rogu umieszczona zostala czerwona figura geome- tryczna przypominajaca flage, na której umieszczony zostal wizerunek mezczyzny i fraza slowna „JAN Niezbedny" w bialym kolorze. Na panelu, w lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony zostal opis produktu, za- pisany czcionka w kolorze czarnym, o tresci: Worki na smieci zawiazywane Wygodne zamkniecie i prze- noszenie oraz piktogram w ksztalcie ludzkiej dloni. Z lewej strony zóltych paneli znajduja sie odpowied- nio od góry: slowa „easy pack" w kolorze bialym z czarnym konturem i przedstawienie kosza na smieci wraz z reka trzymajaca zwiazany worek wlozony do kosza; slowa „easy pack" w kolorze bialym z czar- nym konturem i przedstawienie kosza na smieci z wlozonym do niego otwartym workiem z czterema „wypustkami" do zawiazywania i z czerwonymi strzalkami wskazujacymi sposób zawiazywania worka. Pomiedzy zóltymi panelami znajduja sie elementy slowne „Zyj wygodniej!" i „Jan Niezbedny" (ten drugi stylizowany na podpis odreczny) oraz kolorowe prostokaty z wizerunkiem kosza na smieci oraz infor- macja o dostepnych pojemnosciach i czerwona trójkatna strzalka wskazujaca dana pojemnosc, której prostokat jest objety zólta ramka. Z lewej strony etykiety umieszczony zostal w pionie pas (linia), z któ- rym zlaczone sa dwie figury o zaokraglonych rogach, przypominajace prostokaty, których kolor kore- sponduje z kolorem linii, na których umieszczono wykonane w kolorze bialym: oznaczenia wskazujace pojemnosc, liczbe sztuk i wymiary worków znajdujacych sie w opakowaniu, a takze piktogram przedsta- wiajacy czlowieka z reka nad koszem na smieci. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as a distinctive graphic design and color palette. The industrial design includes three variants. Each variant includes packaging in the form of a label, primarily for rolled garbage bags. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which features two yellow panels on the right, roughly rectangular in shape, with a rounded lower left corner. On them, in the upper right corner, there is a red geometric figure resembling a flag, on which there is an image of a man and the phrase "JAN Niezbecny" in white. On the panel, in the lower left corner, there is a product description in black font, with the content: Tie-up garbage bags. Easy to close and carry, and a pictogram in the shape of a human hand. On the left side of the yellow panels there are, respectively, from the top: the words "easy pack" in white with a black outline and an image of a garbage can with a hand holding a tied bag placed in the can; the words "easy pack" in white with a black outline and an image of a waste bin with an open bag inserted into it, with four "prongs" for tying it and red arrows indicating how to tie the bag. Between the yellow panels there are the words "Zyj komfortniej!" and "Jan Niezdźny" (the latter stylized as a handwritten signature) and colored rectangles with an image of a waste bin and information about available capacities and a red triangular arrow indicating a given capacity, the rectangle of which is enclosed in a yellow frame. On the left side of the label, a vertical stripe (line) is placed, connecting two figures with rounded corners, resembling rectangles. The color of the lines corresponds to the color of the white lines, which contain markings indicating the capacity, number of bags, and dimensions of the bags contained in the package, as well as a pictogram depicting a person with his hand over a garbage can.
