Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, oraz Fig. 4. Lampion sklada sie z pokrywy, charakterystycznego szklanego kasetonu, oraz charakterystycznej podstawy, o charakterystycznych ksztaltach i ukladzie linii jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, oraz Fig. 4. Kaseton lampionu, którego przednia i boczne sciany sa przezroczyste, a tylna sciana stanowi powierzchnie lustrzana, w którym wszystkie sciany wykonane z powierzchni plaskich charakteryzuja sie tym, ze lewy i prawy bok kasetonu stanowia proste formy prostokatne natomiast front, oraz tyl kasetonu stanowi jajowata plaszczyzna, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, oraz Fig. 4. Na przedzie kasetonu, od frontu moze zostac umieszczona dekoracja, jak na Fig. 1 oraz Fig. 3. Przy czym formy dekoracji moga byc rózne. Pokrywa i podstawa lampionu wykonane sa w stylistyce przypominajacej marmur, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4. Podstawe lampionu stanowi kwadratowy postument zwezajacy sie lukowo ku górze postumentu z przodu i z tylu lampionu, posiadajacy w górnych krawedziach lukowe wystepy z wszystkich czterech stron postumentu, podtrzymujace kaseton lampionu, jak na Fig. 1 i Fig. 3. Pokrywa lampionu zbudowana na bazie kwadratu, równiez z przodu i z tylu lukowo zweza sie ku górze, natomiast wierzch pokrywy zbudowany jest z polaczonych z soba pólokraglych sklepien, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w II odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie zastosowana kolorystyka, i tak: 1. Odmiana I – przedstawia lampion w którym pokrywa i podstawa przypominajace swa stylistyka marmur wystepuje w kolorystyce bialo-czarnej, jak na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. 2. Odmiana II – przedstawia lampion w którym pokrywa i podstawa przypominajace swa stylistyka marmur wystepuje w kolorystyce czarno-bialej, jak na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, line arrangement, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The lantern consists of a cover, a characteristic glass box, and a characteristic base with characteristic shapes and line arrangement as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The lantern box, the front and side walls of which are transparent and the back wall is a mirror surface, in which all walls made of flat surfaces are characterized in that the left and right sides of the box are simple rectangular forms, while the front and back of the box are an egg-shaped surface, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. A decoration may be placed on the front of the box, from the front, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. The forms of decoration may be different. The cover and base of the lantern are made in a style resembling marble, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4. The base of the lantern is a square pedestal narrowing in an arc towards the top of the pedestal at the front and back of the lantern, having in the upper edges arched projections on all four sides of the pedestal, supporting the lantern coffer, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. The cover of the lantern is built on a square base, also narrowing in an arc towards the top at the front and back, while the top of the cover is made of interconnected semicircular vaults, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4. The industrial design may appear in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The variants of the industrial design differ in the colors used, as follows: 1. Variant I – presents a lantern in which the cover and base, resembling marble in its style, are in black and white colors, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. Variant II – presents a lantern in which the cover and base, resembling marble in its style, are in black and white colors, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
