PL 26901 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion nagrobny, przeznaczony do umieszczania we- wnatrz zródel swiatla, tj. swieczki, wymiennych wkladów woskowych, lub olejowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysun- kach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6. Lampion w formie kapliczki z kwadratowym w przekroju szklanym kloszem, umieszczonym w centralnym punkcie prostokatnej podstawy, z równoleglym do podstawy prostokatnym górnym pode- stem umieszczonym na kloszu, z umieszczona na górze podestu, powyzej klosza kwadratowa pokrywa, oraz znajdujacym sie z boku panelem w ksztalcie klepsydry laczacym podstawe z podestem, przy czym panel jest wydluzony powyzej poziomu podstawy, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in an original shape and arrangement of lines and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. A lantern in the form of a chapel with a square glass shade in cross-section, placed in the central point of a rectangular base, with a rectangular upper platform parallel to the base placed on the shade, with a square cover placed on top of the platform, above the shade, and an hourglass-shaped panel on the side connecting the base with the platform, wherein the panel is elongated above the level of the base, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. The industrial design may occur in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The industrial design variations differ in the number of side panels and the way they are finished above the platform surface, as follows: 1. Variation I – shows a chapel with one side panel finished in the upper part, above the platform surface with a rectangular projection, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. 2. Variation II – shows a chapel with two side panels, arranged oppositely on both sides of the lampshade, one finished in the upper part, above the platform surface with a rectangular projection, and the other finished in the upper part, above the platform surface with a high projection finished with a wavy finial, as in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lantern in the form of a chapel with a square glass lampshade in cross-section, placed in the central point of the rectangular a base, with a rectangular upper platform parallel to the base placed on a shade, with a square cover placed on top of the platform, above the shade, and with an hourglass-shaped panel on the side connecting the base with the platform, the panel being elongated above the level of the base, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. An essential feature of the industrial design is that it can occur in two varieties.
