PL 27237 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klosz lampionu nagrobnego, przeznaczonego do umieszczania wewnatrz zródel swiatla, tj. swieczki, wymiennych wkladów woskowych, lub olejowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz zdobieniu. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, arrangement of lines, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2. A lantern lampshade intended to be used with various variants of the base and cover, made of characteristic openwork feathers, resembling a triangle in the cross-section of a single feather with a rounded convex base, which constitutes the outer part of the lantern walls, which provides additional dispersion of light rays and visual impressions as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2. A lantern lampshade with horizontal openwork feathers, divided in half at the height of each of the four walls in such a way that the feathers at the height of each wall create two rows of alternating teeth, with the outer outline in the form of a square vase narrowing downwards, as in Fig. 1, and Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design Feature An important feature of the industrial design is that the lantern lampshade is designed to be used with various base and cover variants, made of characteristic openwork feathers, resembling a triangle in the cross-section of a single feather with a rounded convex base, which constitutes the outer part of the lantern walls, which provides additional dispersion of light rays and visual expressions as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2. An important feature of the industrial design is that the lantern lampshade has horizontal openwork feathers, divided in half at the height of each of the four walls in such a way that the feathers at the height of each wall create two rows of alternating teeth, with the outer outline in the form of a square vase narrowing downwards, as in Fig. 1, and Fig. 2.
