Wedlug wzoru, mydelniczka 5 uwidoczniona na Fig. 2, ma tylna plaszczyzne w ksztalcie trapezu, która mydelniczka 5 mocowana jest dosciany oraz jajowate wglebienie 6 z nieznacznie zebrowanym dnem w górnej powierzchni, prostopadlej do tylnej plaszczyzny, przy czym górna powierzchnia lagodnie przechodzi w rozszerzajace sie ku dolowi powierzchnie boczne, a jej krawedz czolowa jest lukowato wygieta ku przodowi. Na powierzchniach bocznych, w bezposrednim sasiedztwie tylnej plaszczyzny znajduja sie lsniace, metalizowane nakladki stanowiace elementy ozdobne 4. Wedlug wzoru, pólka 9 pod lustro, uwidoczniona na Fig. 3, ma plaska powierzchnie tylna, która pólka 9 mocowana jest do sciany, a w powierzchni górnej prostopadlej do tylnej plaszczyzny - plytkie, plaskie zaglebienie, przy czym po bokach górna powierzchnia lagodnie unosi sie ku górze i przechodzi w rozszerzajace sie nieznacznie ku dolowi powierzchnie boczne, a jej krawedz czolowa jest lukowato wygieta ku przodowi. Na powierzchniach bocznych, w bezposrednim sasiedztwie tylnej plaszczyzny znajduja sie lsniace, metalizowane nakladki stanowiace elementy ozdobne 4. W komplecie wedlug wzoru, w uchwycie papieru toaletowego, uwi- docznionym na Fig. 4, klapa 7 ma przy górnej krawedzi wyciecie obejmujace górna czesc uchwytu 8 - w formie cwiartki elipsoidy trój osiowej z przylega- jaca do podloza plaska podstawa, do którego klapa 7 jest uchylnie zamoco- wana, przy czym klapa 7 jest lagodnie wypukla i zakonczona od czola lukowa krawedzia dolna, zas ponizej klapy 7 do uchwytu 8 zamocowane jest takze ramie 10 ze swobodnym koncem zagietym do góry. Na szczycie uchwytu 8 znajduje sie lsniaca, metalizowana nakladka stanowiaca element ozdobny 4. Wedlug wzoru, szczotka WC i i ze stojaca podstawka 12, uwidocz- niona na Fig. 5, ma wygiete ramie ze zwezajaca sie ku obu koncom raczka. PL PLBathroom Set The right to register an ornamental design is valid from 19 February 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a bathroom set consisting of a hanger, soap dish, mirror shelf, toilet paper holder, and toilet brush with a stand. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bathroom set, manifested in the shape of its individual components and the properties of their surfaces. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the hanger, Fig. 2 - the soap dish, Fig. 3 - the mirror shelf, Fig. 4 - the toilet paper holder, and Fig. 5 - the toilet brush with a stand. The components of the bathroom set are made of smooth plastic and have shiny, metalized decorative elements. In the set according to the pattern, the hanger shown in Fig. 1 has a handle l adhering to the ground in the form of a part of a quarter of a triaxial ellipsoid with a slightly concave frontal plane, from which a connector 2 is derived, through which an upwardly directed hook 3 - in the form of a missing part of a quarter of a triaxial ellipsoid forming the handle - is attached to the handle L. At the top of the handle \ there is a shiny, metalized cover constituting a decorative element 4. According to the pattern, the soap dish 5 shown in Fig. 2 has a rear surface in the shape of a trapezium, which the soap dish 5 is attached to the wall, and an egg-shaped recess 6 with a slightly ribbed bottom in the upper surface, perpendicular to the rear surface, wherein the upper surface gently transitions into the side surfaces widening downwards, and its front edge is arched forward. On the side surfaces, in the immediate vicinity of the rear surface, there are shiny, metalized overlays constituting decorative elements 4. According to the pattern, the mirror shelf 9, shown in Fig. 3, has a flat rear surface, which the shelf 9 is attached to the wall, and in the upper surface perpendicular to the rear surface - a shallow, flat recess, while on the sides the upper surface gently rises upwards and merges into the side surfaces, which slightly widen downwards, and its front edge is arched forwards. On the side surfaces, in the immediate vicinity of the rear surface, there are shiny, metalized overlays constituting decorative elements 4. In the set, according to the pattern, in the toilet paper holder shown in Fig. 4, the flap 7 has a cutout at the upper edge encompassing the upper part of the holder 8 - in the form of a quarter of a three-axis ellipsoid with a flat base adjacent to the ground, to which the flap 7 is hingedly attached, the flap 7 being gently convex and ending at the front with an arc-shaped lower edge, while below the flap 7, an arm 10 with a free end bent upwards is also attached to the holder 8. At the top of the handle 8 there is a shiny, metalized cover constituting a decorative element 4. According to the pattern, the toilet brush ii with a standing base 12, shown in Fig. 5, has a bent arm with a handle tapering towards both ends. The working end of the toilet brush JJ_ has a cap with radially arranged bristles. The working end of the toilet brush JJ_ fills a cylindrical recess in the upper surface of the base 12, which has the form of an oblique, semi-flat, truncated column, slightly widening towards the bottom, wherein the upper surface of the base 12 from the front is inclined towards the base at a greater angle, and in the immediate vicinity of the rear flat wall of the base 12, the angle of inclination changes and is very small, as a result of which there is a relatively clearly visible edge on the border of both parts of the upper surface of the base and 2.
