Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac elektrycznej szczotki do zebów, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia elektryczna szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- elek- tryczna szczotke do zebów w widoku z przodu, fig.3- szczotke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- szczotke w widoku z boku, fig.5- szczotke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- szczotke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- szczotke w widoku z dolu. Elektryczna szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru, obejmu-jaca dwusegmentowy korpus, uchwyt glowicy i glowice z wlo- siem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze segment dolny korpusu ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego wysokosc jest okolo cztery razy wieksza od srednicy jego dolnej podstawy, przy czym sto- zek ma wypukla powierzchnie górna z wybraniem, którego krawe- dzie przednia i tylna maja zarysy litery "U", zas krawedzie boczne maja zarysy lukowate. W wybraniu usytuowany jest seg- ment górny korpusu majacy postac kolnierza. W polu sciany bocznej segmentu dolnego, od strony przedniej, znajduje sie panel sterujacy majacy zarys prostokata z lukowatymi krótszy- mi bokami, w polu którego usytuowane sa dwa koliste obsza- ry. Uchwyt glowicy przylega do powierzchni segmentu górnego korpusu i uchwyt ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka ulozonego skosnie w stosunku do pionowej osi korpusu, przy czym w uchwycie osadzona jest dwuczlonowa glowica z wlosiem. The essence of the design is a new form of an electric toothbrush, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the electric toothbrush in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the electric toothbrush in a front view, Fig. 3 - the brush in a back view, Fig. 4 - the brush in a side view, Fig. 5 - the brush in a view from the other side, Fig. 6 - the brush in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the brush in a bottom view. An electric toothbrush, as designed, comprising a two-segment body, a head holder, and a bristle head, is characterized in that the lower body segment has the shape of a truncated cone, the height of which is approximately four times greater than the diameter of its lower base. The cone has a convex upper surface with a recess, the front and rear edges of which have a U-shaped outline, while the side edges have arc-shaped outlines. The upper body segment, shaped like a collar, is located within the recess. Located on the side wall of the lower body segment, on the front side, is a control panel in the shape of a rectangle with arc-shaped shorter sides, within which are two circular areas. The head holder is adjacent to the surface of the upper body segment and the holder has a shape roughly like a cone arranged obliquely in relation to the vertical axis of the body, with a two-part head with bristles mounted in the holder.
