Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szafka podumywalkowa, stosowana jako mebel stanowiacy uzupelnienie wystroju lazienki i oslaniajacy czesc montazowa umywalki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i ukladzie linii, nadajacych szafce nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 - fig.6 przedstawiajacych szafke w widoku ogólnym z przodu.Szafka podumywalkowa, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, przedstawiona na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 jest uksztaltowany w formie otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych od czola obrzezach. Szafka jest wyposazona w odchylane na boki drzwiczki Powyzej drzwiczek jest zamontowana listwa podtrzymujaca umywalke Listwa ta jest wyprofilowana lukowo. Lukowo sa równiez wyprofilowane górne krawedzie drzwiczek. Drzwiczki sa wyposazone w blyszczace uchwyty. Szafka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, u dolu jest zaopatrzona w cokól, widoczny jako poprzeczna listwa. Na fotografii, fig.2 zostala zaprezentowana szalka poumywalkowa uksztaltowana w formie otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi obrzezami od strony czolowej. Szafka w górnej czesci jest zaopatrzona w listwe podtrzymujaca umywalke. Jest ona wyprofilowana lukowo. Ponizej listwy sa zamontowane odchylane na boki drzwiczki, których górna i dolna krawedz sa wygiete lukowo. Ponizej drzwiczek znajduje sie szuflada. Jej górna krawedz jest wygieta i stanowi odwzorowanie obrysu dolnej krawedzi drzwiczek. Ponizej szuflady znajduje sie cokól, widoczny jako poprzeczna listwa. Drzwiczki oraz szuflada sa zaopatrzone w blyszczace uchwyty. Na fotografii, fig. 3 zostala uwidoczniona szafka podumywalkowa. Jest ona uksztaltowana w formie otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu, z zaokraglonymi od czola obrzezami. Górne krawedzie drzwiczek sa wyprofilowane lukowo, stosownie do obrysu umywalki. Przód szafki jest dwudzielny, przy czym jedna czesc stanowia odchylane na boki drzwiczki z blyszczacym uchwytem, natomiast po przeciwnej stronie znajduja sie krótsze drzwiczki, ponizej których sa zamontowaneszuflady Drzwiczki oraz szuflady maja blyszczace uchwyty. U dolu szalki znajduje sie poprzeczna listwa tworzaca cokól. Szafka podumywalkowa, przedstawiona na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.4, o zaokraglonych od czola narozach wsparta jest u dolu na nózkach. U góry jest wyposazona w wyprofilowana posrodku lukowo podtrzymujaca listwe, przechodzaca na koncach w odcinki poziome. Ponizej podtrzymujacej listwy sa zamontowane z jednej strony drzwiczki, zas z drugiej szuflady. Drzwiczki sa odchylane na boki i maja górne krawedzie odwzorowujace zarys podtrzymujacej listwy. Obrzeza drzwiczek sa zaokraglone. Obok drzwiczek znajduje sie zespól szuflad rozmieszczonych jedna nad druga, przy czym zarys górnej krawedzi górnej szuflady odpowiada zarysowi podtrzymujacej listwy na tym odcinku. Drzwiczki oraz szuflady sa wyposazone w blyszczace uchwyty. fotografia, fig.5. ilustruje szafke podumywalkowa. Jest ona zaopatrzona u dolu w nózki, zas u góry w podtrzymujaca listwe. Górna krawedz listwy jest u góry wyprofilowana lukowo zas jej dolna krawedz przebiega poziomo. Ponizej listwy znajduja sie odchylone na boki drzwiczki, przy czym z jednej strony drzwiczki sa krótsze a pod nimi sa rozmieszczone jedna nad druga szuflady. Obrzeza drzwiczek oraz szuflad sa zaokraglone i wyposazone w blyszczace uchwyty. Na fotografii, fig. 6 - zostala zaprezentowana szafka podumywalkowa. Jest ona uksztaltowana w formie otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych od czola obrzezach i wsparta u dolu na nózkach, zas u góry wyposazona w podtrzymujaca listwe. Podtrzymujaca listwa jest wyprofilowana lukowo. Lukowo sa równiezwyprofilowane górne krawedzie zamontowanych pod nia drzwiczek, przy czym jedne drzwiczki sa skrócone a pod nimi znajduja sie szuflady. Drzwiczki oraz szuflady posiadaja blyszczace uchwyty. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from April 14, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a vanity unit, used as a piece of furniture complementing bathroom décor and protecting the washbasin mounting area. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested in the shape, surface properties, and line arrangement, giving the unit a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 - Fig. 6, showing the unit in a general front view. The vanity unit, in accordance with the ornamental design, shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, is shaped as a cuboid open at the top with rounded edges at the front. The cabinet is equipped with a side-hinged door. Above the door is a strip supporting the washbasin. This strip is arched. The upper edges of the doors are also arched. The doors are equipped with glossy handles. The cabinet, following the decorative pattern, is equipped with a plinth at the bottom, visible as a cross-hinged strip. Photograph 2 shows a washbasin tray shaped like an open cuboid with rounded edges on the front. The upper section of the cabinet is equipped with a strip supporting the washbasin. This strip is arched. Below the strip is a side-hinged door with arched top and bottom edges. Below the door is a drawer. Its upper edge is curved, mirroring the outline of the lower edge of the door. Below the drawer is a plinth, visible as a crossbar. The door and drawer are equipped with glossy handles. The photo, Fig. 3, shows a vanity unit. It is shaped like a cuboid, open at the top, with rounded edges at the front. The upper edges of the doors are arched, following the outline of the washbasin. The front of the unit is divided into two sections: one side consists of a hinged door with a glossy handle, while the opposite side contains a shorter door, below which are mounted drawers. The doors and drawers have glossy handles. At the bottom of the unit is a crossbar that forms a plinth. The vanity unit, shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 4, with rounded corners at the front, is supported by legs at the bottom. At the top, it is equipped with a centrally profiled, arched support strip, which merges into horizontal sections at the ends. Below the support strip, a door is mounted on one side and a drawer on the other. The door swings sideways and has upper edges that mirror the outline of the support strip. The door edges are rounded. Next to the door is a set of drawers arranged one above the other, with the upper edge of the upper drawer matching the outline of the support strip along this section. The doors and drawers are equipped with glossy handles. Photograph Fig. 5 illustrates the vanity unit. It is equipped with legs at the bottom and a support strip at the top. The top edge of the strip is arched at the top, while its bottom edge runs horizontally. Below the strip are sideways-angled doors, with shorter doors on one side and drawers arranged one above the other. The edges of the doors and drawers are rounded and equipped with glossy handles. Fig. 6 shows a vanity unit. It is shaped like a cuboid, open at the top, with rounded edges at the front, supported by legs at the bottom and a supporting strip at the top. The supporting strip is arched. The upper edges of the doors mounted below it are also arched, with one door being shortened and drawers located below. The doors and drawers have glossy handles.
