Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza nagrobnego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii, które nadaja oslonie znicza nagrobnego ory- ginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek oslony znicza nagrobnego w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie oslony znicza na- grobnego w widoku z boku. Oslona znicza nagrobnego przedstawiona na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma korpus w ksztalcie bryly obrotowej, który w dolnej czesci ma ksztalt pierscienia pólkulistego i odcinka po- wierzchni stozkowej polaczonej z odcinkiem powierzchni walcowej. W srodkowej czesci odcinka wal- cowego usytuowany jest pierscien pólkulisty. Na powierzchni stozkowej znajduje sie rzad wystepów w ksztalcie ostroslupów o podstawie trójkatnej, które stykajac sie ze skosnie usytuowanymi bokami sasiednich podstaw trójkatnych ostroslupów tworza zaglebienia o trójkatnych sciankach. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of grave candle cover, manifested in the shape of its outer surface and the arrangement of lines that give the grave candle cover an original appearance. The industrial design is presented in a drawing and a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the grave candle cover from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the grave candle cover from a side view. The grave candle cover shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a body in the shape of a solid of revolution, the lower part of which is in the shape of a hemispherical ring and a conical surface section connected to a cylindrical surface section. A hemispherical ring is located in the central part of the cylindrical section. The conical surface has a row of pyramid-shaped projections with triangular bases. These, when in contact with the obliquely arranged sides of the adjacent triangular pyramid bases, create recesses with triangular walls. The central part of the body has the shape of a hemispherical cap, which widens upward into a section of the pyramidal surface and a conical surface connected to a section of the cylindrical surface. The cylindrical surface has two parallel hemispherical rings separated by a row of pyramid-shaped projections with square bases. On the surface of the hemispherical bowl are three rows of pyramid-shaped projections with triangular bases. These rows, meeting the obliquely arranged sides of adjacent triangular pyramid bases, create recesses with triangular facets. Adjacent rows of pyramids, meeting the horizontally arranged sides of the triangular bases, create recesses with triangular facets. The upper part of the body tapers conically to a parabolic neck connected to a cylindrical neck on which are two parallel hemispherical rings. Essential features of the industrial design presented in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2: – the grave candle cover has a body in the shape of a solid of revolution, which in its lower part has the shape of a hemispherical ring and a section of a conical surface connected to a section of a cylindrical surface on which the hemispherical ring is located, – the central part of the body has the shape of a hemispherical bowl, which widens upwards into a section of a pyramidal surface and a conical surface connected to a section of a cylindrical surface on which there are two parallel hemispherical rings separated by a row of projections in the shape of pyramids with a square base, – on the surface of the hemispherical bowl there are three rows of projections in the shape of pyramids with a triangular base, which in rows touch the obliquely situated sides adjacent bases of triangular pyramids form recesses with triangular walls, – adjacent rows of pyramids, touching each other with horizontally arranged sides of triangular bases, form recesses with triangular walls, – in the lower part of the body, on the conical surface, there is a row of pyramid-shaped projections with triangular bases, which, touching the obliquely arranged sides of adjacent bases of triangular pyramids, form recesses with triangular walls.
