PL 23125 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest altana ogrodowa montowana na dzialce rekreacyjnej lub w ogrodzie, przeznaczona do wypoczynku oraz do ochrony przed sloncem lub deszczem. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach scian bocznych i dachu oraz w azurowej fakturze tych scian. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane altany ogrodowej z czterema parami krótkich azurowych scianek naroznych w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – druga odmiane altany ogrodowej z dwoma bocznymi scianami azurowymi wypelnionymi na calej ich szerokosci i dwoma parami krótkich azurowych scianek naroznych, w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 3 – trzecia odmiane altany ogrodowej z jedna para krótkich azurowych scianek naroznych i z dwiema krótkimi azurowymi sciankami oraz z dwiema bocznymi sciankami azurowymi posiadajacymi otwory okienne w srodkowych górnych ich czesciach, w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Altana ogrodowa pokazana na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1–3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu przykrytego dachem o ksztalcie ostroslupa prawidlowego, zlozonego z czterech trójkatów równoramiennych, na szczycie których znajduje sie maly ozdobny daszek równiez o ksztalcie ostroslupa prawidlowego, przy czym ? sciany altany wykonane sa z poziomo usytuowanych listew boazeryjnych przytwierdzonych do jej slupów nosnych, oddalonych od siebie na okolo jedna szerokosc listwy boazeryjnej, tworzac fakture azurowa tych scian; ? altana ogrodowa posiada cztery pary krótkich azurowych scianek naroznych i cztery otwory wejsciowe usytuowane w srodkowych czesciach kazdej z jej scian, jak pokazano na rys. fig. 1, albo ? altana posiada dwie boczne sciany azurowe wypelnione na calej ich szerokosci i dwie pary krótkich azurowych scianek naroznych, pomiedzy którymi usytuowane sa otwory wyjsciowe, jak pokazano na rys. fig. 2, albo ? altana ogrodowa posiada jedna pare krótkich azurowych scianek naroznych i dwie krótkie azurowe scianki boczne pomiedzy którymi usytuowane sa otwory wyjsciowe oraz dwie boczne scianki azurowe wypelnione na calej ich szerokosci, w których w srodkowych górnych czesciach usytuowane sa otwory okienne, jak pokazano na rys. fig. 3, ? pomiedzy kazdym slupem nosnym a górna rama altany zamocowane sa po dwa zastrzaly do wysokosci, których siega azurowe wypelnienie scianek altany. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, the contours of the side walls and roof, and the openwork texture of these walls. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of a garden gazebo with four pairs of short openwork corner walls in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – the second variant of a garden gazebo with two openwork side walls filled along their entire width and two pairs of short openwork corner walls, in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 – the third variant of a garden gazebo with one pair of short openwork corner walls and two short openwork walls as well as two openwork side walls having window openings in their central upper parts, in a perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The garden gazebo shown in the attached drawings figs. 1–3 is characterized in that it has the shape of a cuboid covered with a roof in the shape of a regular pyramid, composed of four isosceles triangles, on top of which there is a small decorative roof also in the shape of a regular pyramid, wherein: – the walls of the gazebo are made of horizontally arranged wainscoting strips attached to its supporting posts, spaced apart by approximately one wainscoting strip width, creating an openwork texture of these walls; – the garden gazebo has four pairs of short openwork corner walls and four entrance openings situated in the central parts of each of its walls, as shown in fig. 1, or – the gazebo has two side openwork walls filled along their entire width and two pairs of short openwork corner walls, between which exit holes are located, as shown in Fig. 2, or - the garden gazebo has one pair of short openwork corner walls and two short openwork side walls, between which exit holes are located, and two side openwork walls filled along their entire width, in which window openings are located in the central upper parts, as shown in Fig. 3, - between each supporting pole and the upper frame of the gazebo, two braces are attached to the heights to which the openwork filling of the gazebo walls reaches.
