PL 23715 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogrodzenie, dla otoczenia dzialki lub terenu wraz z obiektami majace na celu ochrone przed dostepem osób trzecich lub zwierzat. Znane sa ogrodzenia, wykonane ze sztywnej oczkowej siatki ogrodzeniowej przeplatanej ela- styczna tasma w róznych ukladach podkreslajacych naturalnosc oslanianych powierzchni. W innym wykonaniu znane sa ogrodzenia, wykonane z drutów ulozonych poziomo i pionowo na ksztalt kraty, przy czym druty poziome sa ulozone w trzech sekcjach. Ogrodzenie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nawiazuje do tradycyjnych ogrodzen, a jego istote stanowi nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, takze zwarta plaszczyzna eksponu- jaca cechy charakterystyczne uzytego do budowy materialu. Known fences are made of rigid mesh fencing interwoven with flexible tape in various arrangements emphasizing the natural appearance of the protected surfaces. Another known embodiment is a fence made of wires arranged horizontally and vertically in a grid pattern, with the horizontal wires arranged in three sections. The fence, according to the industrial design, alludes to traditional fences, and its essence lies in its new form, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, as well as a compact surface that highlights the characteristic features of the material used for construction. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the fence, and Fig. 2 shows a close-up of a fragment of the fence. Characteristic features of the industrial design: The fence consists of spans closed on both sides by posts, and is characterized by the fact that between the posts it has connecting elements, between which alternately interwoven slats play the role of pickets, creating a compact surface, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
