Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa elementy ogrodzenia skladajace sie na slupek i pod- murówke ogrodzenia przeznaczonego do róznego rodzaju ogrodzen segmentowych, sztachetowych i innych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii postaci zewnetrznej przedmiotu nadajacych mu swoisty wyglad. Slupek ogrodzeniowy i podmurówka skladaja sie z kompletu dwóch rodzajów elementów, a mianowicie elementy modulów slupka i/albo podmurówki oraz elementy bedace czapa slupka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia widok z góry i z boku pierwszej odmiany elementu modulu slupka. Elementy modulów slupka/podmurówki wystepuja w siedmiu odmianach przedstawionych kolejno na Fig. 1 - Fig. 7. Czapa slupka wystepuje w trzech odmianach przedstawionych na Fig. 8 - Fig. 10. Odmiana pierwsza elementu modulu slupka posiada ksztalt walca. Trzy powierzchnie boczne elementu modulu slupka/podmurówki odmiany drugiej sa plaszczy- znami, a czwarta jest powierzchnia boczna pólwalca. Odmiana trzecia elementu modulu slupka posiada powierzchnie boczna, której ksztalt jest suma czesci powierzchni czterech walców. Odmiana czwarta elementu modulu slupka i podmurówki posiada ksztalt pólwalca. Odmiany piata, szósta i siódma elementu modulu podmurówki sa modyfikacjami odmiany drugiej i czwartej elementów podmurówki posiadajacymi wklesle powierzchnie o ksztalcie czesci walca. Pierwsza odmiana czapy slupka (Fig. 8) posiada ksztalt walca, który przechodzi w stozek sciety przy samym wierzcholku. Druga odmiana czapy slupka (Fig. 9) posiada ksztalt walca eliptycznego, który przechodzi w sciety stozek eliptyczny. Trzecia odmiana czapy slupka (Fig. 10) posiada ksztalt zlozony z czesci czterech walców, przechodzacych w czesc stozkowa zbiegajaca sie w lekko scietym wierzcholku. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object manifested in the shape and arrangement of the lines of the external form of the object, giving it a specific appearance. The fence post and the foundation consist of a set of two types of elements, namely the elements of the post and/or foundation modules and the elements constituting the cap of the post. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a top and side view of the first variant of the post module element. Fig. 2 shows a top and side view of the second variant of the post module element and the foundation. Fig. 3 shows a top and side view of the third variant of the post module element. Fig. 4 shows a top and side view of the fourth variant of the post and foundation module element. Fig. 5 shows a top and side view of the fifth variant of the foundation module element. Fig. 6 shows a top and side view of the sixth variant of the foundation module element. Fig. 7 shows a top and side view of the seventh variant of the foundation module element. Fig. 8 shows a top and side view of the first variant of the post cap. Fig. 9 shows a top and side view of the second variant of the post cap. Fig. 10 shows a top and side view of the third variant of the post cap. None of the above figures shows details of the interior of the elements but the shape of the external surfaces. The elements of the post/foundation modules come in seven varieties shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 7. The post cap comes in three varieties shown in Fig. 8 - Fig. 10. The first variety of the post module element has the shape of a cylinder. Three side surfaces of the post/foundation module element of the second variety are planes, and the fourth is the side surface of a half-cylinder. The third variant of the post module element has a side surface whose shape is the sum of parts of the surfaces of four cylinders. The fourth variant of the post and foundation module element has the shape of a half-cylinder. The fifth, sixth and seventh variants of the foundation module element are modifications of the second and fourth variants of the foundation elements having concave surfaces in the shape of a part of a cylinder. The first variant of the post cap (Fig. 8) has the shape of a cylinder, which changes into a truncated cone at the very top. The second variant of the post cap (Fig. 9) has the shape of an elliptical cylinder, which changes into a truncated elliptical cone. The third variant of the post cap (Fig. 10) has a shape composed of parts of four cylinders, changing into a conical part converging at a slightly truncated top.
