DESCRIPCIÓNDESCRIPTION
Objeto de la invenciónObject of the invention
The present invention relates to an artificial hedge arrangement that provides essential novelty characteristics and notable advantages over known and used means for the same purposes in the current state of the art.
More particularly, the invention proposes the development of an artificial hedge structure or arrangement obtained from a metal, wire or similar lattice, constituting a rhomboid crosslinked support as a whole to which multiple fibrous or filamentous elements directed according to a variety of directions, by means of which the space of each of the diamonds of the reticular support is completely hidden, with the particularity that said fibrous or filamentous elements are attached to the sides of said rhombuses determined by double mutually twisted wires.
The field of application of the invention is comprised in the industrial sector dedicated to the manufacture and installation of artificial elements for surface coverage, fence coverage, or in general any type of artificial enclosure.
Antecedentes y Sumario de la InvenciónBackground and Summary of the Invention
It is known by all in general the convenience of using certain systems and means of concealment applied on fences or similar, so that users can simultaneously have a degree of privacy desired, and also a decorative element that provides a suitable appearance and appearance to such enclosures. In general, this is usually the case with fences that divide and separate adjacent buildings, open spaces such as land plots, etc.
Among the current means used to achieve the specified purposes, it is known the application of closing strips of a certain height, applied against work fences (for example, balustrades or similar), or against other types of metal fences, made on the basis of plant materials, bamboo, hurdle, or similar. Faced with closures made from plants or other natural means (pine, aligustre, etc.), all these "artificial" alternatives provide the advantage that they can be purchased on the market already prepared and cut to a predetermined height, which allows their immediate installation, and also do not require practically care or maintenance, while trees or natural plants require a minimum growth time to provide the desired enclosure utility, and also require a minimum maintenance time due to the needs irrigation, cutting and pruning work, etc.
From the practical point of view, and regardless of the preferences of each, there is no doubt that the use of this type of "artificial" means provides some advantages over natural means. The existence of artificial hedge has been known in the market for a good number of years, designed and created especially for applications of the type mentioned, which involves a support, of the reticular type, which serves as an element of fixation and support for multiple fibrous or filamentous elements, in length predetermined, normally constructed from a plastic material of the PVC type or the like. These fibrous elements usually consist of flat strips, of very reduced thickness, which makes them especially flexible and allow them to be directed in all directions. On the other hand, the support structure is usually made of wire, usually galvanized wire that can be installed outdoors, so that the flexible nature of the wire allows it to adopt any desired conformation to adapt to the surface of the application, and stay with that conformation without the appearance of unwanted stresses or stresses that cause unwanted fatigue or breakage over time. The reticular support structure generally consists of a mesh of cross-linked wires that results in the formation of polygonal spaces, at whose perimeter contour a predetermined number of different fibrous or filamentous elements have been fixed in such a way that when directed at all directions, provide the desired closing effect of the successive reticular mesh spaces.
Until now, the reticular supports have provided polygonal openings with different perimeter conformations that have determined the way of application of the fibrous or filamentous elements. Usually, the support grid usually adopts a quadrangular configuration, so that the different fibrous elements are attached to the sides that delimit the quadrangular space, projecting in the different directions. As will be understood, the length of the fibers or filaments must be greater than the average length of the corresponding side with the direction in which they extend, if it is desired to obtain an effective enclosure capacity under all conditions of use. Sometimes a rhomboid shaped grid support has been used. However, in this case, the fibers or filaments have been associated to longitudinal strips with a central core, from which they project on both sides, so that these longitudinal strips are arranged following the vertical direction of the enclosure, successively intertwined with the lattice support in positions separated by a predetermined distance. The resulting enclosure capacity is usually incomplete, presenting multiple gaps or holes between successive strips that reveal the space that is intended to be hidden.
Taking into account the drawbacks associated with the current enclosure structures based on artificial hedge, the present invention has as its main objective the realization of an artificial hedge arrangement that allows to give an effective solution to the problems posed. This objective has been fully achieved through the provision of artificial hedge which will be described in the following, whose main characteristics are included in the characterizing portion of claim 1 below.
In essence, the artificial hedge proposed by the present invention consists of a structured arrangement based on a rhomboidal reticular support, but with the particularity that the fibrous or filamentous elements with which the enclosure of the space is made for the purpose of concealment , are subject to the own sides of each rhombus, extended in a multidirectional way in approximate orthogonality relationship with the respective sides and therefore with a general addressing more or less coincident with the diagonals. This achieves a great capacity for spatial enclosure, much improved with respect to the hedges of the current technique, with fibers much shorter than in the case of the quadrangular reticular support. The fixing of said fiber elements or closing filaments is carried out by virtue of the mutually twisted double wires with which the reticular structure has been made. The wire is, as is conventional, of the galvanized type to prevent unwanted oxidation, and also, as is conventional, the fibers or filaments are small substantially flat strips, of previously established length, which are made from a pigmented plastic material with a suitable coloration, for example green.
Breve Descripción de los DibujosBrief Description of the Drawings
These and other features and advantages of the invention will become more clearly apparent from the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment thereof, given solely by way of illustration and in no way limiting, taken together with the drawings that they are accompanied, in which:
The single Figure, indicated as Figure 1, shows a schematic general view of an artificial hedge portion constructed in accordance with the present invention.
As mentioned above, the detailed description of the preferred embodiment of the invention will be carried out in the following with the help of the attached drawings, in whose unique figure numerical references are used for designate the same or similar parts. Thus, according to the content of said representation, a schematic, flat view of a portion of artificial hedge indicated in general with the numerical reference 1, constructed on the basis of a support structure consisting of a lattice mesh 2 composed of multiple threads obtained from two mutually twisted wires that intersect with others of the same type in nodes 2a materialized in base to the double wires assembled together. The form of extension and cross-linking of the threads is oblique, in such a way that it results in the formation of a multiplicity of spaces 2b distributed throughout the length of the mesh, these spaces 2b being of rhomboidal configuration. As said, the spaces 2b are closed with the help of fibrous or filamentous elements indicated by reference 3, which project from the sides of each rhomboid space in multiple directions around the thread itself from which they extend, covering in general the different spaces 2b to which they belong. The fibers 3a or 3b projected inwards in two adjacent spaces 2b schematically indicate the manner in which said fibers partially cover the interior space, being the set of those projecting from all four sides that perform the complete closure.
conjunto perfectamente tensado. As will be understood, the rhomboidal configuration of the different spaces 2b allows the spatial coverage to be made with fibers or filaments of shorter length than when it comes to support structures constituted by quadrangular meshes, for example. Additionally, the rhomboidal shape of the different spaces 2b that constitute the support mesh helps, and improves, the placement and covering operations of the fence or space to which they are applied, since the rhomboidal nature allows slight extensions both in the longitudinal direction as in the transverse direction, whose elastic recovery guarantees the final maintenance of the perfectly tensioned set.
It is not considered necessary to make the content of this description more extensive so that a person skilled in the art can understand its scope and the advantages derived therefrom, as well as carry out the practical realization of its object.
