Plot parkanowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 40 marca 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest drewniany plot parkanowy przeznaczony do laczenia ze slupkami w celu utworzenia ogrodzenia wokól posesji, wydzielonego terenu rekreacyjnego, parku lub innych miejsc ogrodowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiada indywidualny charakter nadany przez ksztalt zewnetrzny, w szczególnosci przez cechy linii i polaczenie elementów tworzacych ozdobny ornament plotu parkanowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig.l przedstawia I odmiane plotu parkanowego , Fig.2 przedstawia II odmiane plotu parkanowego, Fig.3 przedstawia III odmiane plotu parkanowego, Fig.4 przedstawia IV odmiane plotu parkanowego oraz na fotografiach. Drewniany plot parkanowy w ksztalcie prostokata lub trapezu sklada sie z ramy nosnej, w której zamocowane sa panele, przy czym cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ozdobny ornament w poszczególnej jego odmianie.I odmiana - ma w górnej czesci plotu parkanowego prostokatny ornament utworzony z lukowych listewek , których konce przylegaja do poziomych elementów ramy nosnej, z prostych listewek umieszczonych poziomo w srodku pomiedzy lukowymi listewkami oraz z prostych listewek umieszczonych pionowo, jak pokazano na rys. Fig.l II odmiana - ma w górnej czesci plotu parkanowego w ksztalcie trapezu ornament utworzony z lukowych listewek przylegajacych koncami do ukosnych elementów ramy i wypuklosciami do siebie, oraz pionowych listew scietych ukosnie, jak pokazano na rys. The industrial design is a wooden fence designed to be connected to posts to form a fence around a property, designated recreational area, park, or other garden space. The industrial design is new and has a unique character given by its external shape, particularly the features of the lines and the combination of elements that create the fence's decorative ornament. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the fence, Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the fence, Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the fence, and Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant of the fence, as well as in photographs. A wooden fence in the shape of a rectangle or trapezium consists of a supporting frame in which panels are mounted, and the essential features of the industrial design are the decorative ornament in its particular variant. Variety I - in the upper part of the fence there is a rectangular ornament made of arched slats, the ends of which are adjacent to the horizontal elements of the supporting frame, of straight slats placed horizontally in the middle between the arched slats and of straight slats placed vertically, as shown in Fig. 1 Variety II - in the upper part of the fence in the shape of a trapezium there is an ornament made of arched slats, the ends of which are adjacent to the diagonal elements of the frame and the convexities are adjacent to each other, and of vertical slats cut diagonally, as shown in Fig. 2 Variety III - in the upper part of the fence there is a triangular ornament made of arched slats, adjacent to the placed horizontally straight strip and with its ends to the sides of the triangular ornament and a straight strip placed vertically, as shown in Fig. Fig. 3. IV variant - has in the upper part an ornament limited from the top by an arched element of the supporting frame, made of arched strips, adjacent at the top to the arched element of the supporting frame and at the bottom to the horizontal element of the supporting frame, straight strips placed horizontally in the middle between the arched strips and straight strips placed vertically, as shown in Fig. Fig. 4.
