Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw ksztaltowników przypodlogowych skladajacy sie z listwy naroznika zewnetrznego, naroznika wewnetrznego i zaslepki, a przeznaczonych do estetycznego zmykania przestrzeni miedzy podloga i przylegajacych do niej scian oraz umozliwiajacy prowadzenie przewodów w tak zamknietej przestrzeni.Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach estetycznych powierzchni, nadajaca wzorowi no- wy i oryginalny wyglad. PL PLSet of floor profiles The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since April 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of floor profiles consisting of an external corner strip, an internal corner strip and a cap, intended to aesthetically close the space between the floor and the adjacent walls and to enable the routing of cables in such a closed space. The essence of the design is the new form of the set, manifested in its shape and the aesthetic properties of the surface, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which fig. 1 is a view from the front of the strip, fig. 2 is a side view thereof, fig. 3 is a top view of the outer corner, fig. 4 is a view from one side thereof, and fig. 5 is a view of the outer corner from the other side, furthermore fig. 6 is a top view of the inner corner, fig. 7 is a view from one side thereof, and fig. 8 is a view of the inner corner from the other side, furthermore fig. 9 is a view of the end cap from one side, fig. 10 is a top view thereof, and fig. 11 is a view from the other side, while fig. 12 illustrates the blue colour of the display surfaces of the design elements, fig. 13 illustrates the lilac colour of the display surfaces of the design elements, furthermore fig. 14 illustrates the green colour of the display surfaces of the design elements, fig. 15 illustrates the brown color of the display surfaces of the design elements, and Fig. 16 the light gray color of the display surfaces of the design elements. A set of floor profiles according to the decorative pattern, comprising a strip, an external corner, an internal corner, and a cap, wherein the cross-section of the strip resembles a stylized form of the letter "T." Furthermore, from the surface of its vertical shelf, below the diagonal roof, the top of which constitutes the display surface, two mutually parallel retaining ribs extend towards the raised end of the diagonal roof. According to another feature of the design, the external corner is formed by a vertical post, a roof topping it and positioning ribs extending from the sides of the post towards the horizontal fragment of the roof surface; in addition, in a top view, the edges of the roof surface constituting the exhibition surface describe two straight line segments situated at right angles to each other and two other straight line segments perpendicular to each other connected by an arc describing a fragment of the roof surface bent downwards in an arc-like manner. According to another feature of the design, the inner corner is formed by a vertical post, a canopy crowning it, and locating ribs extending from the sides of the post. Furthermore, in a top view, the edges of the canopy surface, constituting the display area, describe two straight line segments, bounding a section of the canopy surface bent downward in an arc and positioned at right angles to each other, as well as two other mutually perpendicular straight line segments, also connected by two mutually perpendicular straight lines. According to another feature of the design, the surfaces of the end cap are a representation of an angle bar with arms differing in shelf widths, capped by a sloping extension of the narrower shelf, rising towards the edge of the free side of the wider shelf, with locating ribs extending from these internal surfaces. According to another feature of the design, the display surfaces of the design elements are blue. According to another design feature, the display surfaces of the design elements are lilac. According to another design feature, the display surfaces of the design elements are green. According to another design feature, the display surfaces of the design elements are brown. According to another design feature, the display surfaces of the design elements are light gray.
